Claims (15)
- 一つまたはそれ以上のループを有するスラリ・ループ反応器であって、該反応器は該一つまたはそれ以上のループの少なくとも一つの上において、主経路とは異なった移動時間を有する別の経路により主ループ(1)の二つの点の間を連結しているバイパス・ライン(2)を具備しているか、および/または内部で再循環を行うように改変された循環ポンプを具備しているか、および/または循環しているスラリの均一性を改善する混合要素を具備していることを特徴とする反応器。
- バイパス・ラインは全流量の0.5〜50%の割合のスラリを運ぶことをことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラリ・ループ。
- バイパス・ラインは全流量の1〜15%の割合のスラリを運ぶことをことを特徴とする請求項2記載のスラリ・ループ。
- バイパス・ラインの中を移動するスラリは1〜90°の角度で主ループの中に再注入されることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ。
- バイパスの直径DB対主ループの直径DLの比、DB/DLは1:12〜1:2であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ。
- バイパスの直径DB対主ループの直径DLの比、DB/DLは1:6〜1:3であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ。
- 循環ポンプは30〜75%の効率で動作していることを特徴とする反応器の内部の長手方向の混合を改善し得る上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器。
- 羽根車の一つまたはそれ以上の翼とポンプの囲い板との間に空いた空間を残すことによりポンプの効率を減少させることを特徴とする請求項7記載のスラリ・ループ反応器。
- 羽根車の翼に孔を存在させることによりポンプの効率を減少させることを特徴とする請求項7または8記載のスラリ・ループ反応器。
- スラリの流れの半径方向の均一性を改善するために固定した障害物を有することを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器。
- 重合体の生産量の損失を生じることなく触媒の生産性を改善するための上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器の使用。
- 重合体生成物の嵩密度を増加させるための請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器の使用。
- 安定な操作ウィンドウを増加させるための請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器の使用。
- 反応器の長手方向の流れの均一性を改善させるための請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器の使用。
- 粒子の質量流量対全体の質量流量の比で定義される反応器中の固体分含量を少なくとも1.5%だけ増加させるための請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載されたスラリ・ループ反応器の使用。
