Abstract
【解決手段】 太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造は、横桟2に太陽電池モジュールを取付けるための固定金具1を備え、固定金具1は、胴部12と、胴部12の端部に形成された鉤形状の複数の鉤部とを含む。鉤部は、一の側に折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第1鉤部としての鉤部11aと、一の側と反対側に向かって折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第2鉤部としての鉤部11bとを有する。鉤部11a,11bは、太陽電池モジュールに形成された鉤形状のL字状突起部31と互いに向かい合って係合するように配置されている。

Claims (13)
- 桟部材に太陽電池モジュールを取付けるための固定部材を備え、
前記固定部材は、胴部と、
前記胴部の端部に形成された鉤形状の複数の鉤部と
を含み、
前記鉤部は、一の側に折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第1鉤部と、
前記一の側と反対側に向かって折れ曲がった形状を有し、端部が下側に向かうように形成された第2鉤部と
を有し、
前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記太陽電池モジュールに形成された鉤形状の係止部と互いに向かい合って係合するように配置された、太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記固定部材は、板状に形成された前記胴部と、
前記桟部材に平面的に接触するように形成された板状の取付け部と
を含み、
前記胴部の主表面と前記取付け部の主表面とが略垂直になるように形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記取付け部は、前記太陽電池モジュールの下側に配置された、請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記鉤部は、前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部が配列する方向において、前記第1鉤部と前記第2鉤部とが交互に形成されている、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記係止部と係合する部分に突起部が形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記固定部材は、前記太陽電池モジュールの底部を下側から支持するための受け部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記固定部材は、前記太陽電池モジュールの側面に当接するひれ部を含む、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記ひれ部は、前記太陽電池モジュールに対向する向きに形成された突起部を有する、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
- 前記第1鉤部および前記第2鉤部のうち少なくとも一方は、前記係止部と係合する部分に突起部が形成され、
前記鉤部の突起部は、前記ひれ部が配置された側と反対側に形成された、請求項8に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記太陽電池モジュールは、太陽電池素子が形成された素子板と、
前記素子板の縁を取り囲むように形成された取付け枠と
を含み、
前記取付け枠は、前記係合部と、
前記係合部の上側に配置されたリブと
を有し、
前記リブは、前記素子板と前記固定部材との間を塞ぐように平面的に形成された、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記桟部材は、前記固定部材が長手方向に平行移動するように、断面形状がコの字形に形成されたレール部分と、
前記レール部分が形成されている側と反対側に形成され、前記太陽電池モジュールが配置される台座部と
を有する、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。 - 前記桟部材は、前記レール部分の一方の側壁が上側に延びるように形成された境界側壁部を有する、請求項11に記載の太陽電池モジュール取付け構造。
- 前記固定部材は、前記境界側壁部と当接するように突出する複数の当たり部を含み、
前記当たり部は、それぞれが鉛直方向とほぼ平行な長手方向を有するように形成された、請求項12に記載の太陽電池モジュールの取付け構造。
