Abstract
【解決手段】 ステント本体の下部にフレキシブルな逆流防止チューブを連結し、前記チューブは内側膜および外側膜の二重構造に形成し、その間に、上部から下方に伸びる心材を、チューブ長の少なくとも1/2以上の長さに、円周上の少なくとも1箇所以上に挿入し、互いに接着してなる。

Description
以下に添付図面を参照しながら、本発明の好適な実施形態について詳細に説明する。
本発明の他の実施形態に係るステントについて、図8から図10に基づいて説明すると以下の通りである。本実施形態のステントは、逆流防止チューブが1重膜構造となっている点において上述した実施形態1と異なっている。なお、上述した実施形態1と同様の事項については、その説明を省略する。

Claims (12)
- 中空の筒形状の本体部が有する開口端部の少なくとも一方に、類円筒状の膜体を備える逆流防止チューブが連結されたステントにおいて、
前記逆流防止チューブに沿って設けられている心材を備え、
前記心材が、前記逆流防止チューブの遊動端部が前記本体部の内側に入り込むのを妨害することを特徴とする、ステント。 - 前記心材は、前記逆流防止チューブの内側に設けられているとともに、前記逆流防止チューブの通路方向に伸長していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記心材は、前記逆流防止チューブの表面上に接着されて設けられているとともに、前記逆流防止チューブの通路方向に伸長していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記心材は、前記逆流防止チューブを縫うようにして設けられているとともに、前記逆流防止チューブの通路方向に伸長していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記逆流防止チューブは外膜および内膜を含む複層構造を形成し、
前記心材は、前記逆流防止チューブの外膜と内膜との間に挟んで設けられているとともに、前記逆流防止チューブの通路方向に伸長していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のステント。 - 前記心材は、前記本体部の前記逆流防止チューブ側の開口端部に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2から5の何れか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記心材の長さは、前記逆流防止チューブの通路方向の長さの1/2以上であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のステント。
- 超弾性形状記憶合金を編んで作った円筒状本体からなり、下部にフレキシブルな逆流防止チューブ15が設けられたステント13において、
前記逆流防止チューブ15は内側膜11と外側膜12の二重膜構造に構成され、前記内側膜11と前記外側膜12との間に、上部から下部に伸びる心材20が円周上の少なくとも1箇所に挿入され、これらが互いに接着されてなることを特徴とする、ステント。 - 前記逆流防止チューブ15は、前記内側膜11と前記外側膜12が一体に形成され、前記外側膜12の下端部が内側に折り曲げられて、前記外側膜12と重畳する前記内側膜11を形成することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のステント。
- 前記心材20は、前記逆流防止チューブ15の上端から、前記逆流防止チューブ15の長さの少なくとも1/2以上に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のステント。
- 前記逆流防止チューブ15は、前記内側膜11と前記外側膜12との間に、上部から下部にジグザグに折り曲げられて延長される心材を少なくとも1本内蔵することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のステント。
- 超弾性形状記憶合金を編んで作った円筒状の内側円筒状本体13’と外側円筒状本体13”との間に人造膜40が挿入されたステント13において、
前記人造膜40の下端部が前記ステント13の下方に延長され、その下端部が内側に折り曲げられて重畳する逆流防止チューブ15’が形成され、前記ステント13’の下端部から下方に伸びる心材20”が前記逆流防止チューブ15’に内蔵された状態で互いに接着されてなることを特徴とする、ステント。
