Claims (4)
- 帯状の正極板および負極板とをこれらの間にセパレータを介在させて積層または渦巻状に巻回してなる極板群が電池ケース内に収納され、前記電池ケースの開口部が絶縁ガスケットを介し封口体により密閉されてなる電池において、前記電池ケース内に収納された前記極板群から上方に突出した一方極の極板の端部に一方極の集電体が接合され、前記極板群と前記集電体とを接合する接触箇所に無電解ニッケルメッキが施されてなる電池。
- 無電解ニッケルメッキの膜厚が2〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池。
- 無電解ニッケルメッキを集電体に施し、その無電解メッキ膜の組成中5〜20wt%のリンが存在することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電池。
- 無電解ニッケルメッキの施された集電体の接合方法が抵抗溶接、超音波接合およびレーザ接合のうち、いずれかにより極板群と接合されてなることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池。
