Abstract
【解決手段】 取付座5及び取付座外周近傍部23を除くドアインナパネル本体3に、成形型のキャビティ内に射出充填した繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂が固化する過程で、取付座5及び取付座外周近傍部23を除くドアインナパネル本体3に対応するキャビティ容積を拡大させて繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂を繊維の弾性復元力で膨張させることにより内部に多数の空隙Aを形成する。取付座5及び取付座外周近傍部23を、成形時に取付座5及び取付座外周近傍部23に対応するキャビティ容積を拡大せず、空隙Aのない堅いソリッドにする。

Claims (4)
- 部品が取り付けられる取付座が成形品本体に一体に突設されてなる樹脂成形品であって、
上記取付座及び該取付座外周近傍部を除く成形品本体には、成形型のキャビティ内に射出充填した繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂が固化する過程で、取付座及び該取付座外周近傍部を除く成形品本体に対応するキャビティ容積を拡大させて上記繊維入り熱可塑性樹脂を繊維の弾性復元力で膨張させることにより内部に多数の空隙が形成され、
上記取付座及び該取付座外周近傍部は、成形時に取付座及び該取付座外周近傍部に対応するキャビティ容積を拡大せず、空隙のない堅いソリッドであることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品において、
取付座外周近傍部の厚みは、キャビティ容積を拡大させる前の取付座外周近傍部を除く成形品本体に対応するキャビティ間隔よりも薄く設定されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂成形品において、
取付座の取付面及び/又は反取付面には、凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂成形品において、
取付座外周近傍部には、凸部が形成されていることを特徴とする樹脂成形品。
