Abstract
【解決手段】本発明による燃料電池用改質装置は、チャンネルを一面に形成している少なくとも一つの反応基板と、前記反応基板の一面に配置される蓋プレートと、前記反応基板と前記蓋プレートとの間に形成されて、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートを一体に固定する接合部と、前記チャンネルの外側部位に形成されて、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接触面積を減少させながら、前記反応基板に提供される熱エネルギーを統制する熱処理部とを含む。

Claims (20)
- チャンネルを一面に形成している少なくとも一つの反応基板と、
前記反応基板の一面に配置される蓋プレートと、
前記反応基板と前記蓋プレートとの間に形成されて、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートを一体に固定する接合部と、
前記チャンネルの外側部位に形成されて、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接触面積を減少させながら、前記反応基板に提供される熱エネルギーを統制する熱処理部と、を含む、燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記反応基板は、
前記チャンネルを形成する第1部分、及び前記第1部分を除く残りの領域である第2部分から構成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記熱処理部は、
前記第2部分に相当する前記反応基板の少なくとも一側周縁部分に形成される少なくとも一つの溝を含む、請求項2に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記溝は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接合によって真空状態を維持する真空空間として形成され、
前記真空空間は、前記反応基板に提供される熱を断熱するための断熱部として構成される、請求項3に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記溝は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接合によって冷却媒体を流動させる冷却通路として形成され、
前記冷却通路は、前記反応基板に提供される熱を冷却するための冷却部として構成される、請求項3に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記溝は、前記第1部分全体を囲むように前記反応基板の周縁部分に形成される、請求項3に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記溝は複数形成される、請求項6に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記熱処理部は、
前記第2部分に相当する前記反応基板の少なくとも一側周縁部分に形成される少なくとも一つの第1ホールと、前記第1ホールに対応する前記蓋プレートの周縁部分に形成されて、前記第1ホールと連通する第2ホールとを含む、請求項2に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記接合部は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの密着部分に溶融形成されて、これらを接合させる、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記接合部は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートを構成する物質より融点が低い金属素材から形成される、請求項9に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記接合部はブレージングによって形成される、請求項10に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記反応基板のチャンネルに触媒層を形成して構成される、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- チャンネルを一面に形成している反応基板が積層されて形成される複数の反応部と、
前記反応基板のうちの最上側に位置する前記反応基板の一面に配置される蓋プレートと、
前記反応基板の間、及び前記最上側の反応基板と前記蓋プレートとの間に形成されて、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートを一体に固定する接合部と、
少なくとも一つの前記反応基板に形成されて、前記反応部に提供される熱エネルギーを統制する熱処理部と、を含む、燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記熱処理部は、
前記反応基板の少なくとも一側周縁部分に形成される少なくとも一つの溝を含む、請求項13に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記溝は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接合によって真空状態を維持する真空空間として形成され、
前記真空空間は、前記反応部に提供される熱を断熱するための断熱部として構成される、請求項14に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記溝は、前記反応基板及び前記蓋プレートの接合によって冷却媒体を流動させる冷却通路として形成され、
前記冷却通路は、前記反応部に提供される熱を冷却するための冷却部として構成される、請求項14に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記接合部は金属をブレージングして形成される、請求項13に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記反応部は、前記反応基板のチャンネルに触媒層を形成して構成される、請求項13に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
- 前記反応部は、
前記チャンネルに触媒層を形成している熱源部用反応基板を有しながら、燃料の酸化反応によって熱エネルギーを発生させる熱源部と、
前記チャンネルに触媒層を形成している改質反応部用反応基板を有しながら、前記熱エネルギーによる燃料の改質反応によって前記燃料から水素を含む改質ガスを発生させる改質反応部と、を含む、請求項18に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。 - 前記反応部は、
前記チャンネルに触媒層を形成している一酸化炭素低減部用反応基板を有しながら、前記改質ガス中に含まれている一酸化炭素の濃度を低減させる少なくとも一つの一酸化炭素低減部をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の燃料電池用改質装置。
