Abstract

Claims (20)
- 固化性液体材料から、該材料の作業面に施されたエネルギーに応答して三次元物体を形成するための装置において、
a. フレーム、
b. 前記固化性液体材料にエネルギーを施すために、前記フレームに取り付けられたエネルギー源、
c. 前記フレームに取り付けられた、前記固化性液体材料を収容するための容器であって、別個の固化性液体材料を収容するための多数の区画を有する容器、
d. 前記三次元物体を表すデータを前記装置に供給するデータ源、
e. 前記三次元物体を表すデータを受信し、該データを、前記装置により使用される層データを形成するために処理された層データフォーマットに変換して、前記三次元物体を形成するために前記固化性液体材料にエネルギーを施して層毎の液体から固体への変化を刺激するように前記エネルギー源を制御する、前記装置に連結されたデータ処理装置、
f. 前記装置に連結された前記容器内の各区画について前記三次元物体が形成され、各区画内で移動可能に支持された支持台、および
g. 各区画内で前記支持台を上昇および下降させるための、各区画内で各支持台を支持する昇降機アセンブリ、
を有してなる装置。 - 前記固化性液体材料を収容するための前記容器内に少なくとも2つの区画を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記昇降機アセンブリが、前記装置に取外し可能に留められた昇降機レッグに連結された支持フレームを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記昇降機レッグが、前記フレームに連結された取付板に取外し可能に留められ、各区画に関連付けられており、該取付板が、前記昇降機アセンブリに接触し保持するロック位置と、前記昇降機アセンブリを前記取付板から取り外せる解放位置との間で移動可能にそこに旋回取付されたロック・レバーを有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の装置。
- 前記昇降機アセンブリがさらに、2つの間隔のおかれた昇降機レッグを連結するロック・バーを備え、該昇降機レッグが、前記昇降機アセンブリ支持フレームから上方に垂直に延在していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 各取付板がそこから外側に水平に延在する支持ピンを有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の装置。
- 各昇降機アセンブリの前記昇降機レッグが、前記ロック・レバーがロック位置に動かされ、該昇降機レッグが不動の様式でしっかりと留められるまで、移動可能に吊り下げ支持を提供するように前記取付板支持ピンが嵌る凹部をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記多数の区画が前記装置から個々に取外し可能であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源が前記固化性液体材料に紫外線または可視光を選択的に供給するものであることを特徴とする請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギー源が紫外線レーザまたは可視光デジタル光プロジェクタであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記固化性液体材料がフォトポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
- 各区画が異なる固化性液体材料を収容することを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 固化性液体材料から、該材料の作業面に施されたエネルギーに応答して三次元物体を形成するための装置において、
該装置が、三次元物体を同時に形成するための多数の固化性液体材料を収容する区画を含み、該区画が、前記装置に取外し可能に留められ、個々のまたは多数の区画を取り外し、交換できるように少なくとも1つの迅速リリース・レバーによって該装置から解放可能であることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記三次元物体がその上に形成される各区画内の支持台をさらに備え、該支持台が、前記装置な取外し可能に連結され、前記少なくとも1つの迅速リリース・レバーによって解放可能である昇降可能な昇降機アセンブリによって支持されていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の装置。
- 各昇降機アセンブリが、前記少なくとも1つの迅速リリース・レバーが旋回取付けされている取付板を介して前記装置に取外し可能に連結された少なくとも1つの昇降機レッグを有し、該少なくとも1つの迅速リリース・レバーが、ロック位置と、個々のまたは多数の区画を取り外すために該昇降機アセンブリを前記装置から取り外すことのできる解放位置との間で移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の装置。
- 各昇降機アセンブリが2つの間隔のおかれた昇降機レッグを連結するロック・バーを有し、該昇降機レッグが昇降機アセンブリ支持フレームから上方に垂直に延在しており、該ロック・バーが、前記昇降機アセンブリを適所に維持するために前記ロック位置で前記ロック・レバーにより接触されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の装置。
- 区画に関連し、そこから水平に延在する支持ピンを有し、前記ロック・レバーが前記ロック位置に動かされ、前記昇降機レッグが不動の態様でしっかりと留められるまで可動様式で吊り下げ式に支持されている取付板を含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。
- 前記エネルギーが赤外線または可視光であることを特徴とする請求項17記載の装置。
- 前記固化性液体材料がフォトポリマーであることを特徴とする請求項18記載の装置。
- 各区画が異なるフォトポリマーを収容することを特徴とする請求項19記載の装置。
