Abstract
【解決手段】 厚さ50μm以上の2枚の光透過性基板の間に、記録光によって情報が記録される厚さ100μm以上の光情報記録層を備える光記録体と、前記光記録体を収納する収納体とを備え、前記収納体が、紫外線および可視光線の透過率が1%以下である遮光材で形成されていることを特徴とする光記録媒体。

Description
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る、ホログラフィック記録用の光記録媒体OM1の表側を示す概略斜視図、図2は、その光記録媒体OM1の裏側を示す概略斜視図である。
表1に示すバインダ、モノマー、重合禁止剤(モノマー中に含有されている)、増感色素および重合開始剤を、赤色灯下で秤量して褐色ナス型フラスコに入れるとともに、さらに溶剤としてジクロロメタンを入れ、スターラを用いて3時間攪拌し、下記表1に示す処方の光記録材料を含む塗布液Aを得た。この塗布液Aの粘度は、21[Ps]であった。

POEA:アクリル酸2−フェノキシエチル(CasNo.48145−04−6)
MEHQ:4−メトキシフェノール(CasNo.150−76−5)
DEAW:シクロペンタノン−2,5−ビス[[4−(ジエチルアミノ)フェニル]メチレン](CasNo.38394−53−5)
MBO:2−メルカプトベンズオキサゾール(CasNo.2382−96−9)
o−Cl−HABI:2,2−ビス[o−クロロフェニル]−4,4,5,5−テトラフェニル−1,1−ビイミダゾール(CasNo.1707−68−2)
カーボンブラックを30質量%含有するポリカーボネートを用いて、図1および図2に示す構造の遮光カートリッジ3を作成した。得られた遮光カートリッジ3について、外側から内側への光透過率を測定したところ、300nm,400nm,500nm,600nmおよび700nmの各波長における光透過率が、全て1%以下であった。
さらに、表面をアルミラミネートしたポリエチレンシートで遮光袋を作成し、前記の光記録媒体を包み、開放部分がないように熱圧着でシーリングを行った。
<塗布液Bの調整>
バインダ、酸で消色する色素、酸発生剤、および増感色素を赤色灯下で秤量して褐色ナス型フラスコに入れるとともに、さらに溶剤を入れ、スターラを用いて3時間攪拌し、下記表2に示す処方の光記録材料を含む塗布液Bを得た。
色素A:下記式(a)で表わされる第4級アンモニウム塩
酸発生剤A:ジフェニルヨードニウムヘキサフルオロりん酸
(CasNo.58109−40−3)
色素B:下記式(b)で表わされるRu錯体化合物
実施例1および実施例2で得られた光記録媒体を、25℃、40RH%の雰囲気中、蛍光灯下で1週間保存して、保存前後の回折効率を下記の方法にしたがって測定した。また、比較のために、実施例1および実施例2で製作した光記録体を比較例1および比較例2として、それぞれ遮光カートリッジに収納せず、そのまま同様に保存して、保存前後の回折効率を測定した。さらに、光情報記録層の厚さを測定した。結果を表3に示す。

Claims (6)
- 厚さ50μm以上の2枚の光透過性基板の間に、記録光によって生じる光記録材料の構造変化によって情報が記録される厚さ100μm以上の光情報記録層を備える光記録体と、
前記光記録体を収納する収納体とを備え、
前記収納体が、紫外線および可視光線の透過率が1%以下である遮光材で形成されていることを特徴とする光記録媒体。 - 前記2枚の光透過性基板が、前記記録光、前記光記録体に記録されるサーボ制御情報の読み取り光、および前記光記録材料の定着に用いられる光の波長領域に吸収を有しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光記録媒体。
- 前記光透過性基板の外面、または前記2枚の光透過性基板と光記録層の間に、前記記録光、前記光記録体に記録されるサーボ制御情報の読み取り光、および前記光記録材料の定着に用いられる光の波長領域に吸収を有しない遮光層を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の光記録媒体。
- 前記収納体が、遮光包装体で包装されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の光記録媒体。
- 前記遮光包装体は、内部に不活性ガスもしくは湿度が10%以下の空気が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光記録媒体。
- 前記遮光包装体は、内部が真空状態であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光記録媒体。
