前記スピンドルに装着される親スリーブと、この親スリーブに着脱可能に装着される子ホルダを備え、
前記親スリーブは、前記スピンドルに設けたテーパ角度が大きいテーパ孔に密着嵌合されるテーパシャンクを有するスリーブ本体と、前記スリーブ本体の先端側に設けた大外径のフランジと、前記スリーブ本体に該スリーブ本体の先端面に開口するように形成されたテーパ角度が小さいテーパ孔部と、前記スリーブ本体内に前記テーパ孔部の端末から前記スリーブ本体の端末面へ貫通するように形成された孔部を有し、
前記子ホルダは、前記孔部に前記テーパ孔部側から挿入されるシャンク部を有する子ホルダ本体と、前記子ホルダ本体のシャンク部の先端側に設けたフランジ部を有し、前記子ホルダ本体のシャンク部外周面には、前記テーパ孔部に嵌合される径方向に弾性変形可能なテーパコーンを軸方向移動可能に嵌合すると共に、前記テーパコーンの一端を前記シャンク部の外周面に設けたリングに座金を介して当接させ、かつ前記テーパコーンの他端と前記フランジ部との間には圧縮体と非圧縮体を介在し、さらに前記テーパコーンの内面が接触する前記シャンク部の外周面に潤滑剤封入溝を形成してなり、
