Abstract

Claims (10)
- ガスタービン(16)用の燃焼器ライナ(24)であって、
該燃焼器ライナ(24)の外表面(26)上に該外表面(26)の周りのアレイの形態で配置された複数の傾斜ストリップ(40)を有する本体と、
該燃焼器ライナ(24)の外表面(26)にわたって長手方向に流れる冷却空気内に渦を形成するように前記複数の傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々間に配置されたスペース(42、44、P)と、
を含む燃焼器ライナ(24)。 - 前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々がV字形である、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々がV字形であり、前記V字形の基部が除去されている、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々がV字形であり、前記V字形の基部が、第1の側部と第2の側部とを形成するように除去され、前記第1の側部が、前記第2の側部から長手方向にオフセットしている、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記第1の側部が、前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々間の長手方向距離全体の約0.3〜約0.7だけ前記第2の側部からオフセットしている、請求項4記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記スペース(42、44、P)が、前記V字形から除去された基部と、前記V字形の各々間に配置された横方向スペース(42)と、前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々間に配置された長手方向スペース(P)とを含む、請求項4記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記複数の傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々が、約0.02インチ〜約0.12インチの高さを有する、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記スペース(42、44、P)が、長手方向スペース(P)と横方向スペース(42、44)とを含み、前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々間の長手方向スペース(P)が、前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々間の横方向スペース(42、44)の該傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々の高さに対する比率によって定められ、前記比率が約6〜約14の範囲にある、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記横方向スペース(42、44)が、前記傾斜ストリップの各々の高さの約5倍〜約10倍として定められている、請求項8記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
- 前記傾斜ストリップ(40)の各々が、約30°〜約60°の範囲にある水平方向からの角度を有する、請求項1記載の燃焼器ライナ(24)。
