Description
Claims (8)
- 燃焼室を内部に形成する燃焼器ライナと、該燃焼器ライナの外周に設けられたフロースリーブとを備え、前記燃焼器ライナの外側表面と前記フロースリーブの内側表面との間に伝熱媒体が流通する環状流路が形成されたガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記フロースリーブが、
上流側の内周部よりも内径の縮小した内径縮小部と、該内径縮小部とその上流側の内周部とを滑らかに接続するテーパ部とを有し、
前記内径縮小部よりも上流側の内側表面に、伝熱媒体の流れ方向に回転の中心軸を持つ縦渦を発生させる縦渦発生手段を備えていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記燃焼器ライナの外側表面に、伝熱媒体に生ずる境界層を破壊する乱流促進手段が、前記燃焼器ライナの軸方向について複数配置されていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1または2に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記縦渦発生手段が、前記テーパ部に配置されていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項3に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記フロースリーブは、複数の前記内径縮小部と、該内径縮小部のそれぞれに対応した複数の前記テーパ部とを有し、該複数のテーパ部の各々に前記縦渦発生手段を備えていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1乃至4に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記内径縮小部に、前記縦渦発生手段とは異なる別の縦渦発生手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1乃至5に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記縦渦発生手段は、当該燃焼器の径方向について、前記環状流路の高さと同等の高さを有することを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1乃至6に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記縦渦発生手段は、三角形状のリブを伝熱媒体の流れ方向に対して仰角を持たせて配置したものであることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。 - 請求項1乃至7に記載のガスタービン燃焼器において、
前記縦渦発生手段が、板状部材の表面に成型加工されたものであって、前記板状部材が円筒形状に曲げ加工されて前記フロースリーブ内周側に挿入されて形成されていることを特徴とするガスタービン燃焼器。
