Abstract
【解決手段】 ピストン式コンプレッサは数個の平行なシリンダピストンユニット7,8を有していて、ピストン8は、カップリングブラケット9により連結された揺動板11により作動される。揺動板の傾斜を変更するために、揺動板はドライブシャフト4の凹部29に二つの回動式ブラケット23により回転可能に保持されている。前記回動式ブラケットは四節リンク機構を形成していて、その形状が正しい回転運動を保証するようになっている。

Claims (11)
- コンプレッサケーシング(3)の中にお互いに平行にかつドライブシャフト(4)に平行に設置された数個のシリンダーピストンユニット(7,8)を備えたピストン式のコンプレッサであって;該ドライブシャフト(4)には揺動板(11)が回転可能に取り付けられていて、該ピストン(8)は回動式スライディングカップリング(12,13)により該揺動板(11)に接続されている、コンプレッサにおいて;
該揺動板(11)が、回転可能な回動ブラケット(23,24)を備えている単一の又は対の四節リンク機構(22)により該ドライブシャフト(4)に連結されており、各々の場合において、単軸的に作動する四つのジョイント(25−28)における一方(27,28)が該揺動板(11)の両側面に取り付けられていて、他方の二つのジョイント(25,26)は該ドライブシャフト(4)に軸方向に離間して取り付けられていることを特徴とする;
コンプレッサ。 - 該ドライブシャフト(4)に同軸に離間して取り付けられた該ジョイント(25,26)は、ドライブシャフト軸(30)に関して該揺動板に取り付けられたジョイント(27,28)の反対側で該ドライブシャフト(4)の凹部(29)に備えられていて、従って、該ドライブシャフト(4)に対して回転可能な該回動ブラケット(23,24)は、該ドライブシャフト軸(30)を横断して運動し、該凹部(29)は、該揺動板(11)の偏心開口部(33)を貫通して延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- チーク状の横方向に突出しているジョイントサポート(31,32)が該揺動板(11)の両側面に備えられていて、該ジョイントサポート(31,32)の自由端部各々は単一又は対の該四節リンク機構(22)のジョイント(27,28)に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- チーク状の横方向に突出しているジョイントサポート(31,32)が該揺動板(11)の両側面に備えられていて、該ジョイントサポート(31,32)の自由端部各々は単一又は対の該四節リンク機構(22)のジョイント(27,28)に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該ジョイントサポート(31,32)と該ドライブシャフトの該凹部(29)とが横方向に伸びていて、これらの各々を貫通してヒンジピン(37;43,44;45)が延在しており、該ヒンジピン(37;43,44;45)は対の四節リンク機構(22)の該横方向に伸びる回動ブラケット(23,24)を回転可能に取り付けるためのものであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該四節リンク機構(22)の該ジョイント(25−28)が単軸回転ジョイントである(図6−8)ことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該対の四節リンク機構(22)の対の回動ブラケット(23又は24)各々の場合において、連接棒(36)を介して剛なユニットが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該揺動板(11)と該ピストン(8)との間の該回動式スライディングカップリングが部分的に球面のスライディングパッド(12,13)を有していて、該スライディングパッド(12,13)は、該揺動板(11)の両側面に係合し、そして球面軸受面(14,15)に保持されており、該球面軸受面(14,15)は、該ピストン(8)に接続されたカップリングブラケット(9)の境界側壁面(12)の中に加工されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 少なくとも一つの該球面軸受表面(14)が、該カップリングブラケット(9)の境界側壁面(18)に隣接している開口部(21)を囲んでいることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該開口部(21)が該ピストン(8)から離間している該境界側壁面(18)に備えられていて、該境界側壁面(18)を貫通してカップリングブラケット(9)における該球面軸受面(14)の回転加工用工具(17,18)を導入することができることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のコンプレッサ。
- 該ピストン(8)が深絞りスリーブを備えていて、かつ該ピストン(8)は押出しプロフィールの一部を備えているカップリングブラケット(9)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のコンプレッサ。
