Claims (10)
- Hubkolbenkompressor mit mehreren, zueinander und zu einer Triebwelle (4) parallel in einem gemeinsamen Kompressorgehäuse (3) angeordneten Zylinder-Kolbeneinheiten (7,8), wobei die Triebwelle (4) von einer mit ihr schwenkbar gekoppelten Taumelscheibe (11) umschlossen ist, mit der die Kolben (8) über eine gelenkige Gleitkupplung (12,13) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taumelscheibe (11) über ein schwenkbare Gelenkarme (23,24) aufweisendes, einfaches oder doppeltes Gelenkviereck (22) mit der Triebwelle (4) gekoppelt ist, von dessen einachsig ausgeführten vier Gelenken (25-28) beidseitig an der Taumelscheibe (11) je eines (27,28) vorgesehenen ist, während zwei andere Gelenke (25,26) mit axialem Abstand voneinander an der Triebwelle (4) vorgesehen sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit axialem Abstand voneinander an der Triebwelle (4) vorgesehenen Gelenke (25,26) auf der den taumelscheibenseitigen Gelenken (27,28) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Wellenachse (30) an einer Auskröpfung (29) der Triebwelle (4) vorgesehen sind, so dass die relativ zur Triebwelle (11) schwenkbaren Gelenkarme (23,24) quer zur Triebwellenachse (30) verlaufen und sich die Auskröpfung (29) durch eine exzentrische Öffnung (33) der Taumelscheibe (11) erstreckt.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beidseitig an der Taumelscheibe (11) wangenartig seitlich abstehende Gelenkträger (31,32) vorgesehen sind, an deren freien Ende jeweils ein Gelenk (27,28) des einfachen oder doppelten Gelenkvierecks (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenkträger (31,32) und die Auskröpfung (29) der Triebwelle (4) seitlich abgeflacht sind und durch sie hindurch sich jeweils ein Gelenkzapfen (37;43,44;45) für die Drehlagerung von abgeflachten Gelenkarmen (23,24) eines doppelten Gelenkvierecks (22) erstreckt.
- Kompressor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gelenke (25-28) des Gelenkvierecks (22) einachsige Drehgelenke (Fig.6 bis Fig.8) sind.
- Kompressor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils ein Gelenkarmpaar (23 bzw. 24) eines doppelten Gelenkvierecks (22) durch einen Verbindungssteg (36) eine starre Einheit bildet.
- Kompressor nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die gelenkige Gleitkupplung zwischen der Taumelscheibe (11) und den Kolben (8) beidseitig an der Taumelscheibe (11) anliegende, kugelsegmentförmige Gleitsteine (12,13) aufweist, die in kugelförmigen Lagerflächen (14,15) gehalten sind, wobei die kugelförmigen Lagerflächen (14,15) in seitlichen Begrenzungswände (18) eines mit den Kolben (8) verbundenen Kopplungsbügels (9) eingearbeitet sind.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der kugelförmigen Lagerflächen (14) in der angrenzenden seitlichen Begrenzungswand (18) des Kopplungsbügels (9) eine Öffnung (21) umschließt.
- Kompressor nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der dem Kolben (8) abgelegenen seitlichen Begrenzungswand (18) eine Öffnung (21) vorgesehen ist, durch deren Größe ein Werkzeug (16,17) für die rotierende Bearbeitung der Lagerfläche (14) in den Kopplungsbügel (9) einführbar ist.
- Kompressor nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben (8) aus einer tiefgezogenen Hülse bestehen und an einem aus einem Abschnitt eines Strangprofils bestehenden Kopplungsbügel (9) befestigt sind.
