Abstract
Description
図面に示すような流体生成物を投与するための装置は流体生成物のための容器1と、容器1から流体生成物を投与するための投与手段2とを有する。容器1は流体生成物を含んだアンプルを収容できるように形成される。この目的のため、ストッパ3が容器1内に配置され、投与手段2の被駆動部材4により容器1の出口5の方へ前進させられる。投与装置は更に流体生成物の生成物投薬量を設定するための投薬量設定手段6を有する。温度センサ7は容器1の内壁上に配置され、アンプルが導入されたときにはアンプルに接して位置するようになる。投与装置は更に投与装置内の閉塞及び(又は)漏洩を監視するための閉塞及び漏洩センサを備えた監視手段8を有する。
Claims (13)
- 流体生成物を投与するための装置であって、
a)流体生成物のための容器(1)と;
b)上記容器1から上記流体生成物を投与するための投与手段(2)と;
c)生成物投薬量を設定するための投薬量設定手段(6)と;
を有する投与装置において、
d)上記流体生成物の温度及び(又は)当該流体生成物の近傍の温度を測定するための少なくとも1つの温度センサ(7)を有することを特徴とする投与装置。 - 上記少なくとも1つの温度センサ(7)が上記容器(1)上又は同容器内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の投与装置。
- 基準温度に関する温度差が超過した場合に警告信号を出力する警告手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の投与装置。
- 上記警告信号が音響的、視覚的及び(又は)振動的な警告信号であることを特徴とする先の請求項に記載の投与装置。
- 上記投薬量設定手段(6)が上記温度センサ(7)により測定された温度に従って上記生成物投薬量を設定することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 上記投与装置内の閉塞及び(又は)漏洩を監視するための監視手段(8)が上記温度センサ(7)により測定された温度に従って設定できることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 流体生成物のための容器(1)からの上記流体生成物の投与を制御するための方法において、
投与すべき生成物の投薬量が投薬量設定手段(6)により設定され、上記投薬量が上記流体生成物の温度に従って及び(又は)上記容器(1)の近傍の環境の温度に従って設定されることを特徴とする方法。 - 上記投薬量が基準温度に関する温度差に従って設定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 温度差が超過した場合に所定の投薬量が変更されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。
- 温度差が所定の時間期間内で超過した場合に上記所定の投薬量が変更されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 上記投薬量が自動的に変更されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 温度差が超過した場合に警告が出力されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 投与装置内の閉塞及び(又は)漏洩を監視するための監視手段が上記流体生成物の温度に従って及び(又は)上記容器(1)の近傍の環境の温度に従って設定されることを特徴とする請求項7ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法。
