Description

−駆動部材、又は駆動部材に関連した構成要素に関する位置情報を検出するように構成されたセンサ、及び
−センサに感知された信号を処理するための、センサと通信するか又は繋がった回路

ここで該回路は、センサに感知された信号から速度データを決定し、該速度データを所定の速度データと比較し、そして注射中に感知された速度が異常な速度状態に到達した場合に制御動作を実行する。

Claims (9)
- 医薬充填済みのカートリッジ及び注射針と組み合わせて使用され、電気モータを備えない手動型注射装置であって、個別に設定された用量の医薬を保持されたカートリッジから注射針を介して繰り返し注射するように構成された医療用注射装置であって、
−投与すべき用量のサイズを選定する用量設定手順中に動作可能な用量設定機構、
−用量設定手順中にエネルギーを蓄えるように設定されたバネ手段、
−カートリッジの放出端に向けて保持されたカートリッジのプランジャを移動させるために前進可能な駆動部材であって、前記バネ手段に予め蓄えられたエネルギーが解放されると、注射中にバネ手段によって押し進められる駆動部材、
−バネ手段からのエネルギーの解放を引き起こす用量送達アクチュエータ、
−駆動部材、又は駆動部材に関連した構成要素に関する位置情報を検出するように構成されたセンサ、及び
−センサに感知された信号を処理するための、センサと通信する回路
を備え、
該回路が、センサに感知された信号から駆動部材の速度データを決定し、該速度データを所定の速度データと比較し、そして注射中に感知された速度が異常な速度状態に到達した場合に制御動作を実行する、医療用注射装置。 - 回路が信号発生手段を含み、該回路は異常な速度状態の検出に反応して信号を発することによる制御動作を行うように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用注射装置。
