Claims (10)
- 燃料電池構成要素と、この燃料電池構成要素に隣接して配置された少なくとも1つのマニホールドと、
燃料電池スタック組立体の周りに配置されるとともにマニホールドを燃料電池構成要素に固定するためのケーブルと、
を備えた、燃料電池スタック組立体であって、ケーブルは、燃料電池組立体の周りのケーブルの締め付け具合を調整するための調整可能固定部材を有することを特徴とする燃料電池スタック組立体。 - 前記ケーブルは、少なくとも約450 lbs.の最小破壊強さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記燃料電池スタック組立体は、ケーブルに掛けることができる最大予想負荷を有しており、ケーブルは、最大予想負荷の約2倍の最小破壊強さを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記ケーブルは、2つの端部を有しており、調整可能固定部材は、2つの端部の一方に固定されたねじ部材と、このねじ部材にねじ係合するように2つの端部の他方に回転可能に取り付けられたねじスリーブとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記ケーブルは、複数のケーブルセクションを備え、各ケーブルセクションは、2つの端部を有しており、さらに、各ケーブルセクションは、2つの端部の一方に固定されたねじ部材と、複数のケーブルセクションの隣接するケーブルセクションのねじ部材にねじ係合するように2つの端部の他方に回転可能に取り付けられたねじスリーブとを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのマニホールドは、少なくとも1つの空気マニホールドと、少なくとも1つの燃料マニホールドとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記燃料電池組立体は、角部を画成する外向き平面を画成しており、角部は、ケーブルによって横切られており、さらに、角部は、角部を画成する平面の間に配置された傾斜面を備え、この傾斜面は、平面に対して270°より小さな外角で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記外角は、約205°から約255°であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
- 前記傾斜面は、マニホールド組立体内へ入り込んでおり、それによって、ケーブルを傾斜面に関して所定の位置に保持するためのスロットが画成されることを特徴とする請求項7記載の燃料電池スタック。
- 前記燃料電池スタック組立体は、少なくとも約70psiの圧力パルスに耐えることができることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池スタック組立体。
