Claims (1)
- 光散乱粒子を含むか、あるいは光散乱粒子との接触が行われたサンプルを保存加工する方法であって、前記サンプルの少なくとも一部にコーティング組成物を塗布して、光学的に透明なコーティングを形成することを含み、前記光散乱粒子が、1〜500nm(1nm、500nmを含む)のサイズのものであり、1つ又は複数の前記粒子から散乱された光を、500倍未満の倍率で電子的な増幅を行わずに肉眼で検出する。
