Abstract
【解決手段】 基紙1の裏面にセラック・アクリル酸系樹脂を含有するアンカー層2、表面に印刷層3を有することを特徴とするラベル。

Description
スポイトでキット数試薬(ヒマシ油、トルエン、ノルマルヘプタンを所定量混合したもの)を1滴たらし、15秒間での染み込み具合を、以下の基準で評価した(目視判定)。
○:全く試薬の染み込みが認められない。
×:わずか一点でも試薬の染み込みがある。
接着剤により、ラベルのアンカー層2側を、擦れ傷を隠蔽するためのコーティング剤が塗布されたビール瓶に貼着した。このビール瓶を70℃のNaOH4%水溶液中に浸漬し、ラベルが剥がれ落ちるまでの時間を計測し、以下の基準で評価した(テーブル試験法)。
○:2分以下。
×:2分を超える。
接着剤により、ラベルのアンカー層2側を、擦れ傷を隠蔽するためのコーティング剤が塗布されたビール瓶に貼着した。このビール瓶を水に24時間浸漬後、ラベル表面に荷重をかけながら、一定の速度で引っ張り、破損した部分の割合から、以下の基準で評価した。
○:破損が10%未満。
×:破損が10%以上。
印刷層を上にして1ヶ月間放置後のカール状態を以下の基準で評価した(Japan Tappi法)。
○:カール無し、または2mm未満の上向きカール
×:下向きカール、または2mm以上の上向きカール
セラック変性スチレンアクリル樹脂含有(固形分30wt%)エマルジョン:13wt%
シリコン含有(固形分1wt%)エマルジョン:1wt%
アルコール:64wt%
水:22wt%
蒸着紙(商品名「60SBVM」、凸版印刷(株)製、坪量:61.5g/m2、Al蒸着層厚み:300Å)の表面(Al蒸着層側)に、グラビアコート法によりニトロセルロース・ポリアミド樹脂からなる印刷層3、およびOPニスからなるオーバーコート層4を順に設けた。一方、裏面(基材1側)には、グラビアコート法(版:網グラ30μm)によりセラック・アクリル酸系樹脂塗料を3g/m2(固形分)塗布してアンカー層2を設け、図2に示すラベルを得た。評価結果を表1に示す。
蒸着紙に代えてコート紙(商品名「SAP金片」、王子製紙(株)製、坪量:72.3g/m2)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして図1に示すラベルを得、同様に評価した。結果を表1に示す。
アンカー層2を設けない以外は、実施例1,2と同様にしてラベルを得、同様に評価した。結果を表1に示す。
