Abstract
【解決手段】汚水を先ず無酸素槽3に受け入れて無酸素処理し、この無酸素槽3からの流出水と汚水の一部とを嫌気槽2に導入して嫌気処理し、この嫌気槽2からの流出水を好気槽4に導入して好気処理する。好気槽4内に設けられた膜分離装置9の透過水を処理水として取り出す。好気槽4内の活性汚泥の一部及び硝化液を無酸素槽3に返送する。好気槽4から引き抜かれた余剰汚泥を好気状態に保たれた貯留槽11を介して脱水機12に供給し、脱水する。

Description
1.固液分離に膜分離装置を用いるため、好気槽の活性汚泥濃度を例えば10000〜15000mg/Lに高めることができ、反応時間を標準活性汚泥法と同程度まで大幅に縮小することができる。
2.沈殿槽を必要としないため、沈殿槽設置に必要であった敷地面積が不要となる。
3.好気槽内の膜分離装置で固液分離を行うため、濁質や病原性細菌等を含まない清浄な処理水が容易に安定して得られる。なお、膜エレメントとしては精密濾過膜、限外濾過膜等が好適である。
4.固液分離手段として膜分離装置を用いたことにより、汚泥の沈降性を向上させるための管理が不要となり、好気槽の維持管理が容易となる。また、硝化細菌などの増殖速度が遅い細菌を好気槽内に保持し易くなる。
5.好気槽汚泥濃度を10000〜15000mg/L程度に高く保つことが可能であるため、引抜汚泥濃度が高く、直接脱水を行うことも可能である。
6.嫌気槽の前段に無酸素槽を配置し、この無酸素槽へ汚泥及び硝化液を返送しているので、嫌気槽への好気槽からの溶存酸素、結合酸素の持ち込みを防ぐことができ、嫌気槽におけるリン放出反応を効率的に行うことができ、生物学的リン除去を安定して行うことができた。
7.嫌気槽の汚泥濃度を例えば好気槽汚泥濃度の例えば約7割程度に高く保持することができ、このため、嫌気槽におけるリン放出反応を効率的に行うことができる。
8.汚泥を好気状態のまま脱水するので、脱水濾液中のリン濃度は低く、この脱水濾液を無酸素槽、嫌気槽又は好気槽へ返流水として戻してもリン負荷の大幅な増大とはならない。

Claims (2)
- 窒素及びリンを含有した有機性汚水を無酸素槽に受け入れて無酸素処理し、
この無酸素槽からの流出水を嫌気槽に導入して嫌気処理し、
この嫌気槽からの流出水を好気槽に導入して好気処理すると共に、該好気槽内に設けられた膜分離装置で固液分離し、該膜分離装置の透過水を処理水として取り出し、
該好気槽から活性汚泥の一部と硝化液とを前記無酸素槽に返送し、
前記汚水の一部を前記嫌気槽に導入する汚水処理方法であって、
該好気槽内の余剰汚泥を該好気槽から引き抜き、好気状態のまま脱水機に導入して脱水することを特徴とする汚水処理方法。 - 請求項1において、該好気槽から引き抜いた余剰汚泥を、好気状態を維持しながら汚泥貯槽に一旦貯留させ、その後、前記脱水機に導入することを特徴とする汚水処理方法。
