Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a case made of wrapping paper that accommodates a relatively heavy product such as a connecting nail used by a power nailer or the like and holds the product so as not to be deformed therein.
In general, when shipping products manufactured at the factory, the product is packed in a paper case and transported from the factory to the dealer and from the dealer to the user. When loading a case made on a pallet or a car, or carrying it from a car to a work site, an operator puts a hand on a paper case and carries it. However, since a general paper case is not formed with a concave portion or the like that is placed on the outer peripheral surface, it is difficult to handle a paper case containing a heavy product. In addition, some home appliances have an opening for forming a handle at the top of the paper case, and the paper case can be carried by inserting a finger into the paper case through the opening. . However, in paper cases that store heavy products such as connecting nails used in power nailers, the edges of the paper case opening are damaged by the weight, or the fingers are damaged by the edge of the opening. There was a problem such as.
Furthermore, in connection fasteners such as connection nails used in power nailers driven by power such as compressed air, a number of metal fasteners are connected by a flexible connection body and wound in a spiral shape. The connecting fastener is accommodated in a cylindrical magazine formed on a tool such as a nail driver and is sequentially supplied to the driving portion by a feed mechanism formed on the tool. Therefore, if the cylindrical shape of the connecting fastener housed in a paper case or the like is deformed due to vibration during transportation or the like, the fastener cannot be supplied. Therefore, in a packaging container for storing such a connected fastener, a plastic tray having a large number of cylindrical recesses is used in order to prevent deformation of the connected fastener due to vibration during transportation. A plurality of connecting nails are accommodated therein, and a tray accommodating the connecting nails is stacked and accommodated in a paper case for packaging.
In the conventional paper case, a pair of slits are formed on the shoulders of the two opposite sides of the box-shaped case with a space therebetween, and the bent pieces formed between the pair of slits are formed on the paper case. Since the concave portion is formed on the outer surface of the paper case by bending inward, openings that allow the inner and outer sides of the paper case to communicate are formed on both sides of the bent portion. Dust or water droplets or the like may enter the paper case containing the product, and may contaminate the product such as the connecting nail or the connected body, or may generate rust.
In addition, conventional trays that store cylindrical products such as connecting fasteners in paper cases use plastic materials as the tray material, so disposal (incineration, etc.) when discarding trays after use is environmental. It may be a problem above. At present, from the viewpoint of protecting the environment, it is desired that plastic materials should not be used as much as possible. Also, since plastic trays are generally molded from a thin material, when transporting multiple connecting nails taken from a paper case to the work site, they cannot be carried on plastic trays. It was necessary to prepare another container such as a small box.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, and in the packaged state, sand, dust, water droplets or the like are not allowed to enter inside, and the paper case in which the product is packed can be easily handled, and further, It is an object of the present invention to provide a paper case for product packaging that can prevent deformation of the product due to the above.
The wrapping paper case of the present invention is formed by integrally forming a bottom lid piece and an upper lid piece respectively at the upper and lower end edges of each side piece forming a rectangular tube-shaped paper case via a bent portion. A paper case formed in a box shape closed by folding the bottom lid piece and the top lid piece through the folding part, except for the upper side below the side pieces facing each other of the paper case The folded piece is formed by cutting the three pieces into a U shape, and the folded piece is bent inward of the paper case to hold the product stored in the paper case. It is made to engage with the lower surface of a buffer member such as a tray or packing.
The invention according to
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the outer peripheral portion is joined to the mounting piece by a plurality of incisions formed radially from the center of the packaged body corresponding to the mounting position of the cylindrical packaged body on the mounting piece of the tray. The plurality of bent pieces are formed in the circumferential direction.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, a bottom piece for bending and forming a cardboard to support a cylindrical product on a flat surface is disposed on the upper side at a predetermined distance from the bottom piece, and the cylindrical product is individually accommodated. A rectangular tube-shaped tray is formed by an upper surface piece in which a plurality of openings are formed, and a side piece that connects the bottom piece and the upper surface piece at a predetermined interval, and is formed inward on the both side pieces. A folded piece to be folded is formed, and the folded piece is folded inward of the tray to maintain the distance between the bottom piece and the top piece, and to accommodate the folded piece of the paper case. An opening is formed in the both side pieces.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the bottom lid piece and the top lid piece are integrally formed on the upper and lower end edges of each side piece forming the rectangular tube-shaped paper case via the bent portions, respectively. And a paper case formed in a box shape closed by folding the bottom lid piece and the top lid piece through the folding portion, the upper side being below the side pieces facing each other of the paper case. The removed three pieces are cut into a U-shape to form a folded piece, the folded piece is folded inward of the paper case, and the product stored in the paper case is held. Since it is made to engage with the lower surface of the cushioning member such as tray or packing, the inside and outside of the paper case that normally packs the product is closed to prevent entry of dust, rainwater, etc. Prevents soiling or rusting It can be. Furthermore, when carrying a paper case, the paper case can be gripped via the bent piece and cushioning material, so that even when a heavy product is packaged, the paper case may be damaged. In addition, the finger can be prevented from being damaged by the edge of the opening.
Since cardboard paper can be lighter than cardboard, it is easy to handle.
According to the invention which concerns on
Further, by forming the tray with corrugated paper, it can be recovered and reused as a resource, and problems such as environmental pollution when the plastic material tray is discarded do not occur. Further, since the cardboard paper itself has a high rigidity, it is possible to easily carry a plurality of products such as connecting fasteners taken out from the paper case in a state of being placed on the tray.
Further, when the folded piece formed on the lower part of the opposed side piece of the paper case is folded inward of the paper case, the folded piece is formed into a concave portion on the lower surface of the tray formed by the folded piece of the tray. When carrying a paper case in a state where a product such as a connecting fastener is stored, the folded piece formed in the paper case and the paper case are stored in the case. The paper case containing products such as connecting fasteners can be gripped via the lower tray, which can damage the paper case and damage the fingers by the edge of the opening. There is nothing.
According to the invention which concerns on
According to the invention of
The present invention forms a rectangular cylindrical paper case for the purpose of preventing the sand, dust, water droplets, etc. from entering the packaged state and facilitating the handling of the paper case packed with the product. The upper lid piece and the bottom piece are integrally formed on the upper and lower end edges of each side piece via a bent portion, and closed by folding the upper lid piece and the lower bottom piece via the bent portion. A paper case formed into a box-like shape, wherein a folded piece is formed by cutting the upper side below the side pieces facing each other of the paper case, and the folded piece is placed inside the paper case. This is realized by folding the folded piece to the lower surface of a cushioning member such as a tray or packing that holds the product stored in the paper case. An example will be described.
FIG. 1 shows a
The
As shown in the development view of FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, an opening is formed in the
The incision is not limited to the U shape. The shape of the
Next, a tray suitable for storing and packaging a cylindrical product such as a product obtained by spirally winding a connection fastener such as a connection nail, a connection pin, or a connection screw by the
FIGS. 5 to 8 show an embodiment of the
As shown in FIG. 6, both
As shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIG. 8, the connecting fastener F <b> 1 placed on the
When the connecting fastener F1 thus housed and packaged in the
FIGS. 9 to 11 show an embodiment of the
As shown in FIG. 10, both
Furthermore, in the
As shown in FIG. 11, when the
The
The
12 to 15 show a tray according to another embodiment. In the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 15, when the
And when carrying the
In the
