Claims (4)
- 電動車両用の組電池(10)の漏電を検出するための電動車両用漏電検出回路であって、
複数の電池(11)を直列に接続した組電池(10)と、
前記電池(11)の任意の高電圧側と低電圧側との2箇所の電池端子とグランドとの間に、それぞれ直列に接続された漏電検出抵抗Ra、Rbと、
tのタイミングで、前記高電圧側の前記電池端子での電圧を、Vg11(t)、前記低電圧側の前記電池端子での電圧を、Vg12(t)として測定する電圧検出手段(200)と、
前記漏電検出抵抗Ra、Rbの間に直列に接続された漏電検出スイッチSW1、SW2と、
前記高電圧側の前記電池端子に接続された一方の漏電検出スイッチSW1をtのタイミングで閉じ他方の漏電検出スイッチSW2を開いたとき前記漏電検出スイッチSW1と接続された漏電検出抵抗Raに発生する電圧Vl11(t)、及び、前記低電圧側の前記電池端子に接続された他方の漏電検出スイッチSW2をtのタイミングで閉じ前記一方の漏電検出スイッチSW1を開いたとき前記他方の漏電検出スイッチSW2と接続された漏電検出抵抗Raに発生する電圧Vl12(t)を検出する電圧検出回路(20、20)とを備え、
漏電抵抗の合成値Rlを、異なる時間tを、t1、t2とするとき、
を備えることを特徴とする電動車両用漏電検出回路。 - 電動車両用の組電池(10)の漏電を検出するための電動車両用漏電検出方法であって、
組電池(10)を構成する直列に接続された複数の電池(11)の内、任意の高電圧側と低電圧側との2箇所の電池端子とグランドとの間に、それぞれ直列に接続された漏電検出抵抗Ra、Rbと、前記漏電検出抵抗Ra、Rbの間に直列に接続された漏電検出スイッチSW1、SW2とを備える電動車両用漏電検出回路の、前記高電圧側の前記電池端子に接続された一方の漏電検出スイッチSW1をtのタイミングで閉じ前記他方の漏電検出スイッチSW2を開いたとき漏電検出抵抗Raに発生する電圧Vl11(t)を測定するステップと、
前記低電圧側の前記電池端子に接続された他方の漏電検出スイッチSW2をtのタイミングで閉じ前記一方の漏電検出スイッチSW1を開いたとき漏電検出抵抗Ra、電圧Vl12(t)を測定するステップと、
前記高電圧側の前記電池端子での電圧を、Vg11(t)、前記低電圧側の前記電池端子での電圧を、Vg12(t)として測定するステップと、
異なる時間tを、t1、t2とするなら、前記ステップにより測定された値に基づき、漏電抵抗の合成値Rlを
を有することを特徴とする電動車両用漏電検出方法。
