Abstract
【課題】 固定鉄心と可動鉄心との間に互換性を持たせることにより、設計や製造を容易にしてコスト面での有利性を高めた電磁弁を得る。
【解決手段】 電磁弁の電磁操作部2が、ボビン31の内孔36a内に固定的に設置された固定鉄心34と、上記内孔36a内に可動に配設されて磁気吸引力でこの固定鉄心34に吸着される可動鉄心35とを有していて、これらの固定鉄心34と可動鉄心35とが、同じ常磁性材によって互いに同一形状及び同一寸法に形成され、相互に互換性を有している。

Claims (6)
- 流路を切り換えるための弁部材を備えた主弁部と、上記弁部材を操作するための電磁操作部とを有し、
上記電磁操作部が、励磁コイルが巻かれた中空のボビンと、このボビンの内孔内に固定的に設置された固定鉄心と、上記ボビンの内孔内に可動に配設されて上記弁部材に連結され、上記励磁コイルへの通電により発生する磁気吸引力で固定鉄心に吸着される可動鉄心と、この可動鉄心を固定鉄心から離反する初期位置に復帰させる鉄心復帰ばねとを有し、上記固定鉄心と可動鉄心とが、互いに同一形状及び同一寸法に形成されると共に、相互に互換性を有する、
ことを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 上記両鉄心が、一定の断面形状を有する主体部と、この主体部の軸線方向の一端に外周方向に張り出すように形成され、軸線方向の長さが上記主体部よりも短いフランジ部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記両鉄心の断面形状が長円形であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記両鉄心の主体部が、短径方向の両側面に軸線方向に延びる窪みを有することを特徴とする請求項2に従属する請求項3に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記両鉄心の主体部が、長径方向の両側面に軸線方向に延びる互いに平行な平坦面を有することを特徴とする請求項2に従属する請求項3又は請求項4に記載の電磁弁。
- 上記両鉄心が、主体部の端面同士を対向させた状態で互いに逆向きに配設されていて、固定鉄心のフランジ部は、ボビンの端部に形成された段部に係止し、可動鉄心のフランジ部には、上記鉄心復帰ばねのためのばね座を形成するキャップが嵌め付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2、請求項2に従属する請求項3、請求項4、請求項5の何れかに記載の電磁弁。
