Abstract
【解決手段】鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒を吸着剤組成物として含有するフォームの場合に、該フォームが鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒で充填されているキャビティを有するポリウレタンフォーム、ポリエチレンフォーム、ポリスチレンフォームまたはこれらの混合物であり、該鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒が100m2/gのBET表面積、0.5〜2mmの平均粒径を有し、該吸着剤組成物の含量がフォームの全質量に対して5〜45質量%である。

吸着剤組成物を含有するフォームの製造についての記載
0.5〜2mmの顆粒寸法および140m2/gのBET表面積を有するBayoxide(登録商標)E33を、2000〜6000の平均分子量を有する、オキシエチレン単位およびオキシプロピレン単位を含有するポリエーテルアルコールとしてのArcol 1108(登録商標)と高い酸化エチレン含量を有するポリエーテルポリオールとしてのDesmophen(登録商標)41WB01とからなる標準ポリオール混合物中で前混合し、他の添加剤および助剤、例えばシリコーン安定剤としてのシリコーン安定剤OS20(登録商標)、第3アミン触媒Desmorapid(登録商標)DMEAおよびDabco(登録商標)33LVならびに錫触媒としてのDesmorapid(登録商標)SOを一緒に使用しながら、イソシアネート反応成分としてのトルイレンジイソシアネート(Desmodur(登録商標)T80)を用いて発泡した。吸着剤組成物の含量は、反応混合物の全質量に対して27.8質量%であるかまたは二酸化炭素発泡剤により形成されるガス損失を考慮して、完結されるまで反応されるフォームの全質量に対して29.5質量%である。仕上げ加工された親水性の発泡されたポリウレタンブロックを最終的に処理し、形状を有する物体を形成させ、したがってこの物体をフィルターハウジング中に使用することができた。
標準ポリエーテルポリオール 25質量部、
ポリエーテルポリオール含有酸化エチレン 75質量部、
吸着剤組成物 60質量部、
水(全部) 5.0質量部、
シリコーン安定剤 1.5質量部、
第3アミン触媒 0.21質量部、
錫触媒 0.08質量部、
トルイレンジイソシアネート 49.0質量部。
例1により製造された吸着剤組成物を含有するフォームを、ガラス管中に使用し、主要な水250mlでフラッシした。比較のために、等量のBayoxide(登録商標)E33をガラス管中に充填し、寸法1(目開き100〜160μm)のガラスフリットから形成されているフィルター基材を同様に主要な水250mlでフラッシする。排出された濾液を捕集し、混濁度をLange社の混濁度光度計LTP5を用いてDIN 38404の規定と同様に測定する。主要な水は、0.63の混濁度(TE−F)を有する。Bayoxide(登録商標)E33を通過した水は、7.30の混濁度を有し、フォームを通過した水は、1.60の混濁度を有する。
例3
2.90mg/lを有するリン酸塩溶液を吸着剤組成物を含有するフォームを通してポンプ輸送し、比較のために、等量の吸着剤組成物を通してポンプ輸送する。60分後および12時間後に、試料を引き取り、リン酸塩含量について分析する。結果は、第2表中に記載されている。

Claims (2)
- 鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒を吸着剤組成物として含有するフォームにおいて、該フォームが鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒で充填されているキャビティを有するポリウレタンフォーム、ポリエチレンフォーム、ポリスチレンフォームまたはこれらの混合物であり、該鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒が100m2/g超のBET表面積、0.5〜2mmの平均粒径を有し、該吸着剤組成物の含量がフォームの全質量に対して5〜45質量%であることを特徴とする、鉄オキシヒドロキシ顆粒を吸着剤組成物として含有するフォーム。
- 流動可能な媒体、好ましくはガスおよび/または液体、有利に水または排水から汚染物質および/または重金属、好ましくはリン酸塩、アンチモン化合物、ベリリウム化合物、セレニウム化合物、テルリウム化合物、シアノ化合物および砒素化合物を除去するための請求項1記載の吸着剤組成物を含有するフォームの使用において、吸着剤組成物を最終的に処理し、水槽、庭池および/または排水浄水場のためのポンプのフィルターケーシング中で使用することを特徴とする、前記フォームの使用。
