Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lens barrel having a flexible printed circuit board on which a vibration detection element is mounted.
Conventionally, in order to correct camera shake caused by camera shake, the amount of movement in the vertical and horizontal directions generated in the camera is detected by two vibration detection elements, and the imaging optical system is corrected based on the detected signal. Thus, a method for eliminating image blur is known.
The vibration detecting element may be attached to the camera body or attached to the lens barrel. When the vibration detection element is attached to the lens barrel, the vibration detection element is attached to a substrate such as a flexible printed circuit board that is different from the parent circuit board on which the electronic component is mounted, and the connector provided on the parent circuit board is provided on the flexible printed circuit board. The circuit configuration is such that a terminal portion is inserted and electrical connection is made. That is, the amount of movement of the substrate on which the vibration detection element is mounted is detected by the vibration detection element, and a signal output from the vibration detection element is sent to the IC or each element of the parent substrate, and the movement amount, angular velocity, and angular acceleration are Calculated.
Here, in order to attach the vibration detection element to the camera body, it is necessary to put the vibration detection element in the case and screw the case to the body. The detection element takes up space and becomes a factor that hinders downsizing of the camera body.
Further, in the conventional structure attached to the lens barrel as described above, a separate flexible printed board must be provided to mount the vibration detecting element separately from the parent board, and a connector for connection is provided on the parent board. It will be necessary to arrange | position to this, and will become expensive in cost.
In order to eliminate such drawbacks, it is conceivable to mount a vibration detection element on the parent board, but there are power circuit elements and digital circuit elements on the parent board. The provided coil or transistor oscillates to generate vibration. For this reason, there is a problem that the vibration detection element detects vibration that should not be detected and a malfunction such as malfunction occurs.
Here, in the configuration proposed in Patent Document 1, a part of vibration of a quick return mirror or a mechanical shutter used in a single-lens reflex camera or the like, a coil or a transistor provided on a circuit of a parent substrate is used. There is a risk that part of the vibration due to oscillation will be transmitted to the vibration detection element through the base substrate or the base member to which the parent substrate is attached. Since shake is prevented, there is a risk of overcorrection as a result.
Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide a lens barrel having a configuration that does not give unnecessary vibration to the vibration detecting element.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a vibration detecting means for detecting a shake occurring in a lens barrel, and a flexible print on which a circuit and an element for controlling the shake correcting optical means are mounted from the output of the vibration detecting means. In a lens barrel having a substrate and a shake correcting optical means for correcting the shake by driving the lens in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis based on the calculation result in the circuit, via the constricted portion of the flexible printed board A quick return mirror that is transmitted through a flexible printed circuit board by virtue of the fact that the vibration detecting element is mounted on the provided extending portion, and the extending portion is fixed with the constricted portion loosened. Vibration and vibration caused by coil and transistor oscillations can be greatly attenuated at the constriction, preventing false detection of vibration detection means. It becomes possible.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a base member that is a mounting base to which the flexible printed circuit board is attached and a base member that is a mounting base to which the extension portion is attached are separate members. Therefore, it is possible to block the vibration transmitted through the shaft and prevent the vibration detection means from being erroneously detected.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a base member, which is a mounting base to which the extension portion is attached, is attached to a fixing portion of the lens barrel via a member having rubber elasticity. The vibration transmitted through the fixed portion of the cylinder can be greatly attenuated by a member having rubber elasticity, and erroneous detection of the vibration detecting means can be prevented.
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the vibration detecting means for detecting the shake generated in the lens barrel, and the circuit and the element for controlling the shake correcting optical means from the output of the vibration detecting means are mounted. In a lens barrel having a flexible printed circuit board and a shake correction optical means for correcting the shake by driving the lens in the direction perpendicular to the optical axis based on the calculation result in the circuit, the constricted portion of the flexible printed circuit board The vibration detecting element is mounted on the extending portion provided via the wire, and the extending portion is fixed in a state in which the constricted portion is slackened. Since it is greatly attenuated before reaching the element, it is possible to obtain an inexpensive and stable lens barrel equipped with a vibration detecting element without malfunction. Further, the base member, which is a mounting base to which the flexible printed circuit board is attached, and the base member, which is a mounting base to which the extension portion is attached, are separate members. Since it is not transmitted to the vibration detection element through the base member, it is possible to obtain a lens barrel on which the vibration detection element is mounted with no malfunction.
Further, the base member, which is a mounting base to which the extension portion is attached, is attached to the fixing portion of the lens barrel via a member having rubber elasticity, thereby generating extra vibration. Even if it is done, since it is attenuated significantly until it reaches the vibration detecting element by transmitting the fixed part, it becomes possible to obtain a lens barrel equipped with the vibration detecting element without malfunction.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
