Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an ultra-high pressure water generating apparatus that drives a pump with driving means and generates ultra-high pressure water with the pump, and a control method thereof.
When water jet blasting work such as concrete chipping or paint peeling is performed outdoors, it is necessary to stably use a large volume of ultra-high pressure water. Therefore, development of an ultrahigh pressure water generator that can efficiently and stably supply a large volume of ultrahigh pressure water is desired.
As an apparatus used for water jet blasting, there is an ultra-high pressure water generator that drives a single pump with a driving means, generates ultra-high pressure water with this pump, and discharges ultra-high pressure water.
In an ultrahigh pressure water generator, an engine that is a high output drive means is often used as a drive means for driving a pump in order to generate ultrahigh pressure water.
There are the following two methods for using this ultra-high pressure water generator to boost the discharged ultra-high pressure water to the target pressure.
One method is a method in which the operator manually increases or decreases the rotational speed of the drive means to increase the target pressure.
In the ultra-high pressure water generator, when increasing or decreasing the rotational speed of the engine used as the drive means to boost the discharged ultra-high pressure water to the target pressure, the engine cannot respond quickly to the rotational speed increase / decrease instructions There are many. For this reason, the operator always stands by near the ultra-high pressure water generator, and the operator always confirms the pressure gauge of the discharged water visually, and based on the pressure gauge value visually confirmed, the rotation speed of the drive means is increased or decreased. Manually fine tune to target pressure.
Another method is a method of increasing the pressure to a target pressure using a pressure regulating valve.
One method is a method using a plurality of pump units.
That is, one pump is connected to one driving means to form one unit, a plurality of units are installed, and a large volume of ultra-high pressure water is supplied from the plurality of units.
Another method is a method in which the pump used in one unit is a large-capacity type pump, and a large-capacity ultrahigh pressure water is supplied from this unit.
When using the ultra-high pressure water generator described above and raising the pressure of discharged ultra-high pressure water to a target pressure, there are the following problems.
When the operator manually increases or decreases the rotational speed of the driving means to increase the target pressure to the target pressure, the operator must always wait near the ultra-high pressure water generator, and the operator manually increases or decreases the rotational speed of the driving means. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to adjust the pressure and it takes time to reach the target pressure.
In addition, when a change in the discharge flow rate suddenly occurs due to nozzle clogging or wear, etc., it is often impossible to quickly respond to pressure fluctuations by manual operation by an operator, and this often places a burden on the pressure adjustment valve. In this case, there is a problem that the pressure regulating valve is consumed very much and the life of the parts is shortened.
In addition, when the pressure is adjusted to the target pressure using the pressure adjustment valve, wear of the valve and valve seat of the pressure adjustment valve is accelerated, shortening the life of the pressure adjustment valve parts and increasing the pressure adjustment valve parts frequently. Need to be replaced.
In particular, when ultra-high pressure water is generated, wear of the valve and valve seat of the pressure regulating valve is remarkably fast. That is, when the pressure is increased to the target pressure using the pressure adjusting valve, there is a problem that costs for replacing the parts of the pressure adjusting valve are generated more than necessary, and work time for replacement is required more than necessary.
In addition, when the above-described method capable of stably supplying a large volume of ultra-high pressure water is used, there are the following problems.
When using multiple pump units in order to stably supply a large volume of ultra-high pressure water, using multiple units requires a large number of workers and transport vehicles. In addition, since there are a plurality of units, there is a problem that the number of piping parts increases.
In the pump described in the cited
Also, when a large capacity pump is used as a single unit, especially when ultra-high pressure water is generated, the capacity that can be supplied by one pump is limited, so the required capacity cannot be supplied. There is a problem that there is.

Next, the control operation of the ultra high
FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the control operation of the ultrahigh
This control operation is an operation executed by the
In the control operation of the first embodiment, it is important that the discharge pressure value reaches the target pressure value as soon as possible. However, the pressure changes due to a subtle change in the pump discharge amount. In addition, it is important to divide into three processes of an initialization process, a pressure adjustment process, and an end process.
The initialization process is a process that is executed to increase or decrease the rotational speed of the engine E1 to some extent faster when the value of the discharge pressure is in a considerably lower range than the value of the target pressure.
The pressure adjustment process is a process executed to cope with a subtle change in the pump discharge amount in order to maintain the discharge pressure value when the discharge pressure value is within the allowable range of the target pressure value. .
The termination process is a process that is executed to appropriately lower the discharge pressure in consideration of preventing damage to the device due to the water hammer when the discharge pressure needs to be quickly reduced.
In the first embodiment, a case will be described in which the target pressure value is set to 200 MPa and ultrahigh pressure water is discharged using the first pump P1 and the second pump P2. Subsequently, the rotational speed of the engine E1 is increased until the discharge pressure value detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 reaches the primary pressure value (120 MPa) stored in the memory 32 (S3).

After the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 reaches the primary pressure value (120 MPa) (S4), the rotational speed of the engine E1 is increased (0.5 second increase, 0.2 second constant). Then, it is determined whether or not the secondary pressure value (180 MPa) stored in the
If the secondary pressure value has been reached (S6), the rotational speed of the engine E1 is increased (0.3 second increase, constant 0.1 second) (S7), and the target pressure value (the upper limit value of the allowable range) It is determined whether or not the value (including a value between and a lower limit value) has been reached (S8). If the target pressure value has not been reached, the rotation speed of the engine E1 continues to increase (S7).
(Pressure adjustment processing)
It is determined whether or not the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 exceeds 300 MPa (S9). If it exceeds 300 MPa, it is determined that some abnormality has occurred, and an instruction is given to the drain

If the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 does not exceed 300 MPa (S9), it is determined whether or not the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 exceeds [target pressure + 3 MPa] ( S10), if [target pressure + 3 MPa] is exceeded, the allowable range of the target pressure value is exceeded, so the rotational speed of the engine E1 is decelerated (decelerate 0.3 seconds, constant 0.1 seconds), and the discharge pressure Is within the allowable range of the target pressure value (S11).
If the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 does not exceed [target pressure + 3 MPa] (S10), whether the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 falls below [target pressure−5 MPa]. Is determined (S12). If the pressure is lower than [target pressure-5 MPa], it is further determined whether or not the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is lower than [target pressure-5 MPa] for 3 seconds or more (S13). If the pressure is not lower than the pressure −5 MPa] for 3 seconds or more, it is determined that the pressure is within the allowable range of the target pressure value.
If the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is less than [target pressure−5 MPa] for 3 seconds or more (S13), the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 becomes the value of the secondary pressure ( It is determined whether or not the pressure is less than 180 MPa (S18). If it is lower than the secondary pressure value, it is determined whether or not the discharge pressure value detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is lower than the primary pressure value (120 MPa) (S20). If it is below the value of the primary pressure, it is determined that some abnormality has occurred, an instruction is given to the drain
On the other hand, if the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is not less than the value of the secondary pressure (S18), the rotational speed of the engine E1 is increased (0.3 second increase, 0.1 second constant). The discharge pressure value falls within the allowable range of the target pressure value (S19). If the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is not lower than the value of the primary pressure (S20), the rotational speed of the engine E1 is increased (increased by 0.5 seconds, constant for 0.2 seconds). The discharge pressure value is set within the allowable range of the target pressure value (S21).
If the value of the discharge pressure detected by the discharge pressure sensor SE1 is not less than [target pressure−5 MPa] (S12), it is determined whether or not the step-down button has been pressed (S14). If the step-down button is not pressed, the process proceeds to step S9 to maintain the target pressure value, and the operations from S9 to S14 are repeated.
If the step-down button is pressed (S14), the rotational speed of the engine E1 is reduced for 5 seconds (S15). Subsequently, an instruction is given to the drain
