Abstract
【課題】液体及び圧縮空気を受け取るように配置されている一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される望ましい空気圧力を調節することが出来る制御システムを提供する。
【解決手段】噴霧ノズルに結合されている流量を検出する流量計を具備する供給管路と圧縮空気の量を調整する空気流弁を具備ズル圧縮空気供給管路を備え、流量計と空気流弁が結合された噴霧装置で、ノズルに供給される圧縮空気の量を検出された流体関数として調整する制御信号を供給する用に配置されている制御装置の制御システムとする。

Description
● 液体供給用の比例型調整弁52の弁位置は、温度センサ24によって測定される出口温度と、必要な設定点温度とに基づき、PID制御アルゴリズムに従って制御される。設定点温度は、通常は一定値である。
○ m:調整弁52の弁の位置(0〜100%)
○ e:測定温度と設定点温度との間の温度差
○ Kp,Ki,Kd:比例係数、積分係数、微分係数
圧縮空気の調整弁66の弁位置も、PID制御アルゴリズムによって制御される。様々なアルゴリズムを使用することができるが、入力パラメータは、圧力センサ70によって測定される空気圧力と、必要な空気圧力設定点とに基づく。空気圧力設定点は、液体流量計54によって測定される現在の液体流量に依存する。
○ 最小入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が最小)
○ 標準入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が標準)
○ 最大入口ガス条件(一般には必要な液体流量が最大)
Claims (6)
- 燃焼ガス冷却システムにおいて使用されている一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される圧縮空気を制御する制御システムであって、
前記一つ又は複数のノズルが、加圧された液体と加圧された空気とを受け取って、前記燃焼ガスの方に向けられている霧状の液体を供給し、それによって前記燃焼ガスを冷却するように動作するタイプであり、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに結合されている液体供給管路であり、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される液体の流量を検出する流量計が配置されている、前記液体供給管路を備え、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される圧縮空気の量を調節する目的で配置されている空気流弁(air flow valve)を含む圧縮空気供給管路を備え、
前記流量計と前記空気流弁とに結合されている噴霧制御装置であり、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される前記圧縮空気の量を検出された液体流量の関数として調整する目的で、前記空気流弁に制御信号を供給するように配置されている、前記制御装置を備えている、制御システム。 - 前記液体噴霧供給管路に配置されている調整可能な液体流弁(liquid flow valve)であり、前記制御装置からの制御信号を受信して、前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される前記液体の量を調節する目的で配置されている、前記調整可能な液体流弁と、
前記燃焼ガスに関して近くに位置し、かつ、温度検出信号を前記制御装置に供給する目的で配置されている温度センサであり、前記制御装置が、前記温度検出信号の受信に応答して、前記液体流弁に供給される制御信号を調整する、前記温度センサと、
を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の制御システム。 - 前記制御装置が、前記一つ又は複数のノズルに供給される前記液体流を増加させるための信号を、温度の上昇が検出されたときに前記液体流弁に供給する、請求項2に記載の制御システム。
- 前記制御装置が、前記一つ又は複数のノズルに供給される前記液体流を減少させるための信号を、温度の低下が検出されたときに前記液体流弁に供給する、請求項3に記載の制御システム。
- 燃焼ガスの冷却に使用されるタイプの一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルであり、加圧された液体と加圧された空気とを受け取って霧状の液体噴霧を供給するように動作する前記タイプの一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される圧縮空気の量を制御する方法であって、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給される様々な動作時液体流量に対して所要の圧力流体流量を決定するステップと、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給されている実際の液体流量を監視するステップと、
前記供給されている液体流量の関数として前記圧縮空気供給を調節するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記燃焼ガスの出口温度を監視するステップと、
前記一つ又は複数の噴霧ノズルに供給されている前記液体流量を、前記監視されている温度の関数として調節するステップと、
を含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
