Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係るソレノイド作動弁10は、その弁本体12に、弁の出口ポート16に連通する別個の圧力感知ポート30を有している。回路基板38は、その圧力感知用の開口部46上に取付けられた圧力トランスデューサ44を備えて、弁本体12の圧力感知ポート30と開口部46が連通するように弁本体12に取付けられている。これによって、圧力トランスデューサ44は、弁の出口ポート16における圧力を示すフィードバック信号を提供することが可能となる。

Claims (14)
- (a)流体の入口通路(14)、流体の出口通路(16)、該出口通路に連通する圧力信号ポート(30)、および内部に配置された閉止部材(20)を有し、かつ該閉止部材は前記入口通路の流体源への連結による前記入口通路と前記出口通路との間の流れを制御するために移動可能である弁本体と、
(b)前記弁本体に備えられ、通電により作動して前記閉止部材を移動させる電気アクチュエータ(22)と、
(c)圧力センサ(44)を備え、感知ポートおよび外部接続のための電気接続端子(40)を有し、かつ前記弁本体の前記圧力信号ポート上に当該感知ポートが前記圧力信号ポートに連通するように配置される回路基板と、
(d)前記回路基板を前記圧力信号ポート上に固定するための手段(50)と、
を含んでいる電気式流体圧サーボ弁アセンブリ。 - 前記弁本体は、前記圧力信号ポートが配置された平面状の表面(26)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記圧力センサはトランスデューサであり、前記回路基板は当該トランスデューサの出力信号を処理するための回路を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記圧力センサは、圧電トランスデューサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記電気アクチュエータは、ソレノイドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記感知ポートは、環状のシールリングで前記圧力信号ポート上にシールされていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記感知ポートは、前記回路基板を貫通して形成された開口部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記電気アクチュエータは、複数の個別の電気端子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 複数の前記弁本体(62-70)が固定されたマニホールド(48)をさらに含み、かつ当該複数の弁本体のそれぞれの前記入口通路および前記出口通路は、当該マニホールドの対応する入口ポートおよび出口ポートに連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁アセンブリ。
- (a)入口通路(14)、出口通路(16)、および該出口通路に連通する圧力信号ポート(30)を有する弁本体(12)を準備する工程と、
(b)前記弁本体の前記入口通路と前記出口通路との間に、それらの間の流れを制御するための移動可能な閉止部材(20)を配置する工程と、
(c)前記弁本体上に電気アクチュエータ(22)を配置し、該電気アクチュエータへの通電によって前記閉止部材を移動させる工程と、
(d)圧力センサ(44)を有する回路基板を前記圧力信号ポート上に配置し、前記弁本体の前記出口通路における感知圧力を示す電気信号を供給する工程と、
を含んでいる電気式流体圧サーボ弁アセンブリの製造方法。 - 前記弁本体をマニホールドブロック(48)上に配置し、前記入口通路および前記出口通路を当該マニホールドブロックの対応する入口ポートおよび出口ポートに連結する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記回路基板を配置する工程は、圧電式圧力センサを備えた回路基板を配置することを含んでいる請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記電気アクチュエータを配置する工程は、ソレノイドを配置して前記閉止部材を磁界によって移動させることを含んでいる請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力信号ポート上に前記回路基板を配置する工程は、前記回路基板を環状シールで前記圧力信号ポート上にシールすることを含んでいる請求項10に記載の方法。
