Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0029]
In the above example, the shape of the lid provided with the container main body and the plastic pouch storage part is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped. (2) The lid sealed package has been described, but the shape and dimensions of the container main body, plastic pouch, and lid are appropriately selected. Needless to say, you can.
Also, instead of using a hot melt adhesive to join the container body and the flange part of the lid, heat-sealing the flange parts or joining the container body and the lid without a flange part. Other means such as fixing and sealing with, for example, can also be adopted.
[0030]
The material used for the plastic container main body, the plastic pouch and the lid for storing the plastic pouch constituting the food packaging for cooking by heating in the microwave oven according to the present invention has heat sealability usually used for the production of plastic containers and plastic pouches. Plastic material is used. As such a plastic material, for example, a single layer film made of a thermoplastic resin having heat sealability, a sheet, a multilayer film in which a thermoplastic resin having heat sealability is laminated with another thermoplastic resin, etc. Multilayer materials are mentioned.
[0031]
Examples of such a heat-sealable plastic material include known low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, propylene-ethylene copolymer, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. Olefin resins such as olefin resins graft-modified with ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acids or their anhydrides, polyamides or copolyamide resins having a relatively low melting point or low softening point, polyesters or copolyester resins, polycarbonate resins, etc. Is done.
A preferable heat-sealable material is a polypropylene resin.
[0032]
Moreover, as another plastic material laminated | stacked with the plastic material which has heat-sealing property, the thermoplastic resin which has or does not have heat-sealing property can be used.
Examples of such thermoplastic resins include crystalline polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline polybutene-1, crystalline poly-4-methylpentene-1, low-, medium-, or high-density polyethylene, Polyolefins such as ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), EVA saponified product, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), ion-crosslinked olefin copolymer (ionomer); polystyrene, styrene-butadiene copolymer, etc. Aromatic vinyl copolymers; halogenated vinyl polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride resins; polyacrylic resins; nitrile polymers such as acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers, acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymers; polyethylene Terephthalate, polytetramethylene terephthalate Can be exemplified thermoplastic resins such as polyacetal such as polyoxymethylene and the like; over polyesters such as preparative; various polycarbonates; fluorine-based resin. These thermoplastic resins can be used alone or in combination of two or more, and various additives may be blended and used.
[0033]
The plastic pouch used in the present invention can be constructed by heat-sealing a non-stretched film or a uniaxially or biaxially stretched film composed of the above plastic material by a conventional method. When the film is a laminated film of a thermoplastic resin having heat sealing properties and a thermoplastic resin having no heat sealing properties, heat sealing is performed so that the thermoplastic resin layers having heat sealing properties become inner surfaces. . Moreover, it is preferable that at least one outer surface of the pouch (surface to be joined to the flange portion of the container main body) is formed of a heat sealable resin.
As a preferable layer constitution of the film constituting the pouch, for example, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) / ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified product (EVOH) / polypropylene (PP), vapor-deposited PET / polyamide (PA) / PP, PP / EVOH / PP etc. are mentioned.
[0034]
As an intervening film used when forming an easy-opening part of a plastic pouch by interposing a plastic film having low heat sealability on the back-sealed seal part, for example, the heat-sealable resin layer of the film constituting the pouch is made of polypropylene. In such a case, it can be appropriately selected such as using a film made of a resin composition obtained by blending polyethylene and polypropylene.
[0035]
The lid used in the plastic container main body and (2) the lid-sealed package can be manufactured by injection molding, extrusion molding, blow molding, vacuum molding, pressure molding, etc. by a conventional method.
As a preferable container body, a multilayer structure container having a heat-sealable resin layer such as a polypropylene resin on the inner surface, for example, a container having a layer structure such as PP / adhesive / EVOH / adhesive / PP.
[0036]
Below, the specific example of the procedure which manufactures the food packaging body for microwave oven cooking of this invention is demonstrated in detail.
