Abstract
【解決手段】パック電池は、複数の電池1を互いに接近して縦横に並べてなる電池ブロック3と、電池ブロック3を収納しているケース2と、電池1に接続されている回路基板4とを備える。電池ブロック3は、横列に並べている複数の電池1の向きを同じ方向として、電池1の電極にリード板5を接続して並列ユニット6とすると共に、複数の並列ユニット6を縦方向に、電池1の向きが異なる向きとなるように並べて、リード板5で縦方向に直列に接続している。リード板5は、電池ブロック3の領域から横方向に突出する突出部10を有し、この突出部10を回路基板4に接続している。パック電池は、リード板5の突出部10を回路基板4に接続して、電池ブロック3と回路基板4とを一体的に連結している。

Claims (5)
- 複数の電池(1)をケース(2)の特定の面に対して垂直な姿勢で、互いに接近して縦横に並べてなる電池ブロック(3)と、この電池ブロック(3)を収納しているケース(2)と、電池(1)に接続されている回路基板(4)とを備えるパック電池であって、
電池ブロック(3)は、横列に並べている複数の電池(1)の向きを同じ方向として、同じ向きに並べている電池(1)の電極にリード板(5)を接続して複数の電池(1)を並列に接続してなる並列ユニット(6)とすると共に、複数の並列ユニット(6)を縦方向に電池(1)の向きが異なる方向となるように並べており、
並列ユニット(6)の複数の電池(1)を並列に接続するリード板(5)は、縦方向に隣接する並列ユニット(6)の電池(1)の電極にも接続されて複数の並列ユニット(6)を縦方向に直列に接続しており、
さらに、このリード板(5)は、電池ブロック(3)の領域から横方向に突出する突出部(10)を有し、この突出部(10)を回路基板(4)に接続しており、
回路基板(4)は、複数のリード板(5)の突出部(10)を接続できるように、電池ブロック(3)の側面に対向する姿勢で配設され、
リード板(5)の突出部(10)を回路基板(4)に接続して、電池ブロック(3)と回路基板(4)とを一体的に連結してなるパック電池。 - リード板(5)が、電池(1)の電極に接続する部分に馬蹄形のスリット(11)を設けており、この馬蹄形のスリット(11)の内側を電極にスポット溶接している請求項1に記載されるパック電池。
- リード板(5)の電極接続部分の幅が、隣接して並べている2列の並列ユニット(6)の縦幅にほぼ等しい請求項1に記載されるパック電池。
- 回路基板(4)が、並列ユニット(6)の電圧を検出する電圧検出回路を備える請求項1に記載されるパック電池。
- 互いに隣接する並列ユニット(6)の間に横方向にスペーサー(7)を配設すると共に、縦方向には位置決プレート(9)を配設しており、スペーサー(7)と位置決プレート(9)とを互いに連結して固定している請求項1に記載されるパック電池。
