Abstract
【解決手段】微粒子捕集フィルタの前後圧力差などから、等価面積の減少割合を示す”つまり比率”RTO_ADPFを推定する(S315)。目標新気量tQac_corp_contと燃料噴射量QFVNTとから目標排気流量TQEXH(S303)を求め、2つのマップ(S304、S306)により目標ノズル開度を求める(S307)。タービン出口圧PEXH_TCOUT(S314)と”つまり比率”RTO_ADPFとから補正値KRAV_ADPFを求め(S316)、これを乗算する(S308)。微粒子捕集フィルタ29が目詰まりすると、目標ノズル開度TRAVが、より大きくなるように補正されるので、エンジンの背圧となる排気タービン入口側の圧力上昇が抑制され、残留ガスによる内部EGR率の上昇が抑制される。

Description
排気微粒子の堆積により減少する上記排気後処理装置の等価面積を推定する手段と、この等価面積の減少に対し上記ノズル開度を増加補正する手段と、を備えたことを特徴としている。
排気微粒子の堆積により減少する上記排気後処理装置の等価面積を推定し、この等価面積が減少してきたときに、上記ノズル開度を増加補正するとともに、エンジンの目標空燃比をリッチ側に補正することを特徴としている。
以下の処理では、この(1)式の関係から、そのときの微粒子捕集フィルタ29の等価面積Aを求めている。
但し、Qacはエアフローメータ35で検出される新気量、MEGRはEGR率、λは空燃比センサ17で検出された現在の排気空燃比(空気過剰率)である。

Claims (5)
- 排気微粒子が堆積する排気後処理装置を排気通路に備えるとともに、排気タービンのノズル開度を可変制御可能な容量可変型ターボ過給機を備えたエンジンにおいて、
排気微粒子の堆積により減少する上記排気後処理装置の等価面積を推定する手段と、この等価面積の減少に対し上記ノズル開度を増加補正する手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする排気後処理装置付過給エンジンの制御装置。 - 上記等価面積の減少に対しエンジンの目標空燃比をリッチ側に補正する手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気後処理装置付過給エンジンの制御装置。
- 運転者の要求に拘わらず燃料噴射量をスモーク限界以下に制限する手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の排気後処理装置付過給エンジンの制御装置。
- 上記ノズル開度の増加補正は、排気還流を行っていないことを条件に実行されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気後処理装置付過給エンジンの制御装置。
- 排気微粒子が堆積する排気後処理装置を排気通路に備えるとともに、排気タービンのノズル開度を可変制御可能な容量可変型ターボ過給機を備えたエンジンにおいて、
排気微粒子の堆積により減少する上記排気後処理装置の等価面積を推定し、この等価面積が減少してきたときに、上記ノズル開度を増加補正するとともに、エンジンの目標空燃比をリッチ側に補正することを特徴とする排気後処理装置付過給エンジンの制御方法。
