Abstract
Description
【0001】

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the welding rod feeding device of the present invention, a welding rod formed in a rod shape having a predetermined diameter is placed between a welding torch that generates an arc and a welding site in a base material to be welded. A welding rod feeding device that supplies power according to the welding speed, and a motor that is driven in response to the presence or absence of an arc current flowing in the welding torch is mounted on a base member that is formed so as to be freely placed near the welding site. A feed mechanism in which an insertion hole into which the welding rod is inserted is formed in the drive means, and a feed roller driven by a motor and a guide roller rotating opposite the feed roller are inserted. Since the feed mechanism arranged facing the hole is connected, the motor of the drive means is driven according to the arc current when the arc is generated by the operation of the welding torch, and the drive of the feed mechanism is driven by the drive. Ri roller is rotated, can be inserted through the welding rod between its feed rollers and the guide rollers are fed at predetermined amount, effectively supplied to the welding site. Therefore, it is possible to perform accurate welding without requiring skill only by operating the welding torch.
[0030]
According to the welding rod feeder according to claim 2 of the present invention, the base member is connected to the support member of the welding torch by the flexible joint that maintains a predetermined distance with respect to the welding torch, so that the welding proceeds. Accordingly, when the welding torch is moved along the welding site, the base member moves while maintaining a predetermined distance from the welding torch along with the movement, and the welding rod attached to the apparatus is moved. Welding can be continued while maintaining the position facing the welding torch and the welded part. Therefore, welding can be effectively executed only by one-handed operation for gripping the welding torch.
[0031]
According to the welding rod feeding device of the third aspect of the present invention, since the angle of the welding rod with respect to the welding site is connected to the base member so as to be adjustable, the welding torch is connected between the welding torch and the welding site. The welding rod can be adjusted to a desired angle to effectively perform the welding.
[0032]
According to the welding rod feeder of claim 4 of the present invention, the welding rod feeder includes a detecting means for detecting the torch current, and a control means for controlling the motor based on the detection result of the detecting means. It includes a mode switching means that switches between a pulse mode when driven by a pulse current and a normal mode when driven by a continuous current, so that an appropriate amount of welding rod according to pulse welding and normal welding is fed to the welding site. can do.
[0033]
According to the welding rod feeder of claim 5 of the present invention, the control means reverses the motor by a predetermined amount of rotation and pulls back the welding rod by a predetermined amount when the switch is turned off. It is possible to prevent fusion between the tip of the welding rod and the welded portion.
[0034]
According to the welding rod feeding device of the sixth aspect of the present invention, since the control means includes the speed adjusting means capable of adjusting the welding rod feeding speed, the feeding rod feeding speed is adjusted according to the welding situation. The desired feed amount can be achieved.
[0035]
According to the welding rod feeding device of the present invention, the welding rod feeding device includes a manual feeding switch for manually switching the motor between normal rotation and reverse rotation. Therefore, the welding rod can be moved to an arbitrary position by operating the switch before or after welding. Can be sent or returned.
