Abstract
【解決手段】 基準電流(Iref)を生成する電流源(ref3)と、低電圧MOSトランジスタ(Mn31、Mn32)から構成され、基準電流がミラーリングされた第1ミラー電流(Im1)が入力端から入力されて流れる第1電流ミラー手段(31a)とを備える基準電流ブロック(31)、並びに、高電圧MOSトランジスタ(Mph31、Mph32)から構成され、第1ミラー電流、及び第1ミラー電流がミラーリングされた第2ミラー電流(Im2)を出力する第2電流ミラー手段(33a)と、第2電流ミラー手段から出力される第1ミラー電流を第1電流ミラー手段の入力端に選択的に供給するスイッチ手段(33b)とを備える複数のチャネル(32、33)を備える。

Claims (6)
- 基準電流を生成する電流源と、低電圧MOSトランジスタを備えて構成され、前記基準電流がミラーリングされた第1ミラー電流が入力端から入力されて流れる第1電流ミラー手段とを備える基準電流ブロック、並びに、
高電圧MOSトランジスタを備えて構成され、前記第1ミラー電流、及び前記第1ミラー電流がミラーリングされた第2ミラー電流を出力する第2電流ミラー手段と、該第2電流ミラー手段から出力される前記第1ミラー電流を前記第1電流ミラー手段の前記入力端に選択的に供給するスイッチ手段とを備える複数のチャネル
を備えていることを特徴とする平板表示装置の駆動回路。 - 前記第1電流ミラー手段が、
低電源電圧を印加される前記電流源にゲート及びドレインが接続され、ソースが接地された第1低電圧NMOSトランジスタと、
ゲートが前記第1低電圧NMOSトランジスタのゲートに接続され、ソースが接地され、ドレインを前記入力端として前記第2電流ミラー手段から前記第1ミラー電流が入力される第2低電圧NMOSトランジスタと
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置の駆動回路。 - 前記第2電流ミラー手段が、
前記低電源電圧より高い高電源電圧がソースに印加され、ゲートがドレインに接続された第1高電圧PMOSトランジスタと、
ソースが前記高電源電圧を印加され、ゲートが前記第1高電圧PMOSトランジスタのゲートに接続され、ドレインから前記出力信号を出力する第2高電圧PMOSトランジスタと
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の平板表示装置の駆動回路。 - 前記スイッチ手段が、
ゲートにオン/オフ制御信号が入力され、ドレインが前記第2電流ミラー手段の前記第1高電圧PMOSトランジスタのドレインに接続され、ソースが前記第1電流ミラー手段の前記入力端に接続されるMOSトランジスタを備えて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の平板表示装置の駆動回路。 - 前記MOSトランジスタが、高電圧MOSトランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の平板表示装置の駆動回路。
- 複数の前記チャネルの各々が、前記平板表示装置内の複数のセグメントラインの対応する各々に、前記第2ミラー電流を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の平板表示装置用の駆動回路。
