Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drilling tool which is configured by inserting a drilling rod having a tool body mounted at the tip thereof into a casing, and which is used for drilling work in which a casing is inserted while forming a drilling hole in a natural ground by the tool body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when excavating a natural ground having poor geology in tunnel excavation work, a method of tunnel excavation by reinforcing the natural ground in advance is used to prevent loosening of the tunnel wall surface. Conventionally, as a natural ground advance reinforcement method for such tunnel construction, a plurality of steel pipes (casing) are connected, and the hydraulic jumbo used for tunnel excavation is directed from the periphery of the excavation face to the outer side in the axial direction of the tunnel. A steel pipe tip receiving method has been implemented in which a steel pipe is buried and an injectant is injected into the steel pipe buried outside the tunnel excavation area to reinforce the natural ground.

FIG. 5 shows a schematic construction situation of such a steel pipe tip receiving method. The figure is a cross-sectional view of the
[0004]
Then, the steel pipe 5 is inserted into the excavation hole with the advance of the excavation bit to be excavated in advance, and the inner rod and the steel pipe 5 are sequentially connected to embed the steel pipe 5 to a predetermined depth. At this time, excavation debris such as earth and sand and debris generated by excavation is washed away by the drilling water supplied at a high pressure through the inner rod and discharged out of the excavation hole through the gap between the steel pipe 5 and the inner rod. . After such a drilling operation, the excavation bit and the inner rod are recovered, and the injection 8 is injected into the steel pipe 5 in the injection operation, and then injected from the steel pipe 5 into the ground as shown in the state after construction. The agent 8 penetrates and the natural ground is strengthened. (For example, refer to

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the steel pipe tip receiving method, when excavating a stratum having high viscosity and poor fluidity such as clay, excavation debris passing through the gap between the steel pipe 5 and the inner rod accumulates in the gap. There was a problem that the discharge efficiency was reduced. Then, since the accumulated excavated scraps are sequentially stacked, the excavated scraps are not discharged, which may make it impossible to continue the drilling operation. In addition, in order to suppress further softening of the ground by the drilling water when the formation is soft, and to avoid the influence on the structure of the surface when the soil cover is shallow, In such a case, the accumulation of drilling debris has been a particular problem.
[0007]
The present invention has been made under such a background, and an object of the present invention is to provide an excavation tool that can smoothly excavate and excavate drilling waste without delay.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
A drilling tool according to the present invention includes a drilling rod that can be driven to rotate about an axis, a tool body that is mounted in front of the drilling traveling direction of the drilling rod, and the drilling rod inserted therein. In the excavation tool configured to include a cylindrical casing having a predetermined gap with respect to the rod, the distal end portion of the tool main body is formed in a substantially conical shape, and is directed from the distal end portion toward the proximal end side. A spiral discharge groove is formed on a side surface of the tool body.
[0009]
In the excavation tool according to the present invention, since the spiral discharge groove from the distal end portion toward the proximal end side is formed on the side surface of the tool body having the distal end portion formed in a substantially conical shape, excavation waste generated by excavation Flows to the base end side along the substantially conical tip, is guided by the discharge groove, and is introduced into the gap between the drilling rod and the casing. That is, when the tool body is rotationally driven by the driving force transmitted from the drilling rod, the spiral discharge groove stirs the drilling waste, and the drilling waste is pushed to the proximal end side by the side surface of the spiral discharge groove. It is. As a result, even if the amount of drilling water used is reduced or the air is used in place of the drilling water, drilling debris does not accumulate and deterioration of the drilling waste discharge performance can be prevented. In addition, it is possible to suppress the loosening of the natural ground due to the drilling water and to proceed the excavation work smoothly.
[0010]
Further, the excavation tool according to the present invention is the excavation tool described above, wherein a notch portion is formed at the distal end portion of the tool body, so that the cutting blade side surface and the distal end facing forward in the rotational direction of the notch portion A cutting edge portion is formed at the intersection with the surface, and the side surface of the cutting edge is formed to be continuous with the groove side surface facing forward in the rotational direction of the discharge groove, The cutting edge portion is subjected to wear resistance treatment.
[0011]
In the excavation tool according to the present invention, a notch is formed at the tip of the tool body formed in a substantially conical shape, and a cut is made at the intersection of the side of the cutting edge facing the front in the rotation direction of the notch and the tip. The blade portion is formed, that is, the edge portion on the rear side in the rotation direction of the notch portion is a cutting blade portion, and the side surface of the cutting blade is formed to be continuous with the groove side surface facing the front in the rotation direction of the discharge groove. Therefore, excavation waste is generated by the cutting blade portion, and excavation waste is guided to the discharge groove by the side of the cutting blade. Thus, since the cutting blade part is formed in such a positional relationship as to guide the excavation waste to the discharge groove, the excavation waste can be discharged smoothly. Moreover, since the wear resistance treatment is applied to the apex portion and the cutting edge portion of the tip portion, wear of the apex portion and the cutting edge portion is suppressed. For example, as such a wear-resistant treatment, there is a method of forming a hard cladding so as to cover the apex portion and the cutting edge portion of the tip portion, or implanting a cemented carbide tip. Thereby, the positional relationship between the discharge groove and the cutting edge as described above can be maintained for a long time, and it is possible to prevent the discharge efficiency of excavation waste from being lowered even when the excavation distance is long.
[0012]
Further, the excavation tool according to the present invention is the excavation tool described above, wherein a channel for supplying drill water along the axis is formed in the tool body, and the groove of the discharge groove is formed from the channel. A fluid supply port formed in communication with the bottom surface is open toward the base end side of the tool body.
[0013]
In the excavation tool of the present invention, a fluid supply port communicating with the groove bottom surface of the discharge groove from the flow path formed inside the tool body along the axis is formed so as to open toward the base end side of the tool body. That is, since the fluid supply port is formed so as to be inclined from the flow path toward the groove bottom surface toward the base end side of the tool body, the drilling water supplied to the flow path and sprayed from the fluid supply port is It is injected into the discharge groove so as to go to the base end side of the tool body. By drilling the drilling water in such a direction, the drilling waste passing through the discharge groove is discharged more smoothly, and the discharge efficiency can be improved.
[0014]
The excavation tool according to the present invention is the excavation tool described above, wherein a ring bit disposed on the outer periphery of the tool body is attached to the tip of the casing, and the inner peripheral surface of the tip of the ring bit It has the inclined surface which approaches an outer peripheral side as it goes to the front end side, and the inclined surface similarly inclined is formed also in the cutting blade part provided in this front-end | tip part.
[0015]
In the excavation tool of this invention, the ring bit is provided with a cutting edge at the tip, and the tip and the inner peripheral surface of the cutting edge are formed on an inclined surface that approaches the outer periphery as it goes toward the tip. That is, since the inclined surfaces facing each other in the cross-sectional view along the axis are formed in a “C” shape, the excavated waste is guided inside the ring bit by the inclined surface. Thereby, it is prevented that the cutting waste which passes the discharge groove | channel of a tool main body flows out to the outer side of a ring bit, and cutting waste can be discharged | emitted smoothly.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the excavation tool of the present invention, since the spiral discharge groove is formed on the side surface of the tool body, the effect of stirring the excavation waste in the casing and pushing it to the proximal end side is obtained. Therefore, even if the amount of drilling water is reduced, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the performance of discharging excavation waste, and it is possible to smoothly proceed with excavation work by suppressing loosening of the natural ground due to the drilling water.
In addition, wear resistance treatment is applied to the apex part and the cutting edge part, and the cutting blade side surface of the cutting edge part and the groove side surface facing the front in the rotation direction of the discharge groove are formed so that it can be used for a long time. Also, the cutting waste can be smoothly guided to the discharge groove by the side of the cutting edge.
Moreover, since the fluid supply port is formed so as to open toward the base end side of the tool body, the drilling water is jetted toward the base end side, and the drilling waste can be discharged more smoothly. , Discharge efficiency can be improved.
Moreover, since the inclined surface is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the front-end | tip part of a ring bit and a cutting blade part, excavation waste can be guided inside a ring bit and the discharge efficiency of excavation waste can be improved.
