Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing / drying machine provided with a drying function in the washing machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art There is known a washing / drying machine in which a washing machine is provided with a drying function and arbitrarily selects washing and drying to automatically carry out washing to drying. As shown in FIG. In addition, a drying function is provided.
[0003]
In FIG. 5, an outer tank 3 supported by a suspension 2 is provided in a housing 1, and an inner tank 4 provided with a stirring blade 6 at the bottom is provided in the outer tank 3. The stirring blades 6 are individually driven to rotate by the motor 8 by drive switching by the clutch 9. The outer lid 63 provided on the upper part of the housing 1 is opened, the inner lid 65 provided on the outer tub cover 64 that closes the upper opening of the outer tub 3 is opened, and laundry and detergent are put into the inner tub 4. The washing process can be performed by pouring water into the inner tub 4 and rotating the stirring blades 6 by the motor 8. When the washing process is completed, the water in the inner tub 4 is drained, and then the inner tub 4 is rotated by the motor 8 to discharge the water contained in the laundry from the small holes formed in the peripheral wall of the inner tub 4 by centrifugal force. A dehydration step is performed. When the dehydration step is completed, the washing step is performed by performing a rinsing step for performing water injection, stirring, drainage, and dehydration.
[0004]
In order to carry out the drying step in addition to the washing step, an air circulation path is formed from the inside of the inner tub 4 to the outer tub 3 to return to the inner tub 4 via the heat exchanger 12, the blower 18 and the heater 19 again. Have been. When the warm air heated by the heater 19 is fed into the inner tub 4 by the blower 18 while stirring the laundry by the stirring blades 6, the hot air deprived of the moisture of the laundry flows through the small holes of the inner tub 4 into the outer tub. By exiting into the heat exchanger 3 and passing through the heat exchanger 12, the hot air containing moisture is dehumidified by condensation of moisture caused by cooling. The dehumidified air is heated again by the blower 18 through the heater 19 and is fed into the inner tub 4, so that the laundry is dried by repeating this air circulation.
[0005]
When the washing machine is provided with a drying function as described above, the outer tub cover 64 and the inner lid 65 that close the upper opening of the outer tub 3 have a dehumidifying performance from the laundry when hot air leaks. Since the temperature is lowered and the drying time is prolonged, airtightness is required so that hot air does not leak out, and heat resistance is required so as not to be deformed by hot air having a high temperature. In order to improve the airtightness and heat resistance, one of the outer tank cover 64 and the inner lid 65 is formed of a metal material, or the outer surface of the inner lid 65 is formed of a resin material and the inner surface is formed of a metal material. Is known (see Patent Document 1).

[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
A configuration in which one or a part of the outer tank cover and the inner lid is formed of a metal material as in the above-described prior art is an effective means for ensuring airtightness and heat resistance. Since the weight increases, the center of gravity of the outer tub floatingly supported by the suspension and the inner tub contained therein move upward, and the vibration when the inner tub is rotated to spin off the laundry to increase the dehydration, thereby increasing the dehydration. However, there is a problem that the spinning time of the inner tank is limited, and the dewatering time is unnecessarily long.
[0008]
In addition, although there are many requests from users to make it possible to see the state of laundry during washing, dehydration, and drying, in the above-described conventional example, it is easy to see the laundry stored in the inner tub. could not.
[0009]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and makes it possible to easily observe the state of laundry in an inner tub from the outside and increase the rotation speed of the inner tub for dewatering to shorten the dewatering time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a washer / dryer capable of being operated.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention for achieving the above object is characterized in that an outer tank that opens upward is supported in a housing provided with an outer lid so as to be openable and closable at a clothing input port that opens upward, and the outer tank that opens upward is mounted inside the outer tank. An inner tank that opens is rotatably disposed, and a hot-air outlet that supplies hot air into the inner tank is formed in the outer tank cover that closes the opening of the outer tank. A washing / drying machine provided with an inner lid that opens and closes an opening formed so as to open and close, wherein the outer lid is formed of a transparent material, and the inner lid or a part thereof is heat-resistant. It is characterized by being formed of a transparent resin.
[0011]
According to the washing / drying machine having the above configuration, the inner lid or a part thereof provided on the outer tub cover that closes the upper opening of the outer tub is formed of a transparent resin. The state of the laundry can be observed, and the outer lid is made of a transparent material, so that the state of the laundry during the dehydrating operation can be observed from the outside. In addition, since the inner lid is formed of resin, and preferably, the outer tank cover is also formed of resin in order to reduce the weight, the center of gravity of the outer tank supported by the suspension and the inner tank housed therein is also provided. Does not move upward, and enables high-speed rotation during dehydration to improve dehydration performance.
[0012]
In the above configuration, as the transparent resin forming the inner lid or a part thereof, polyethylene naphthalate is excellent in heat resistance and transparency, and is a suitable resin material.
[0013]

By plugging the power cord into a power outlet, the washer / dryer is connected to the AC power source 51, and the power switch 52 is turned on by operating a power button provided on the operation panel to energize the control circuit. It will be in the operable state.
[0019]
In the washing process, the outer lid 14 and the inner lid 13 are opened, laundry and detergent are put into the inner tub 4, a setting input for performing washing or drying following washing is performed from the operation panel, and a washing course is selected. And / or select a drying course. When an operation start is input by the start button, the control device 10 connects the motor 8 to the stirring blade 6 by the clutch 9, rotates the stirring blade 6, and detects the amount of laundry input by the cloth amount detecting means 48. Upon detection, a water supply valve (not shown) is opened to supply water into the inner tub 4 to a predetermined water level corresponding to the amount of laundry. When the water is supplied to the predetermined water level, the washing operation of stirring the laundry and the water by rotating the stirring blade 6 by the motor 8 is performed.
[0020]
When the washing process is completed, the drain valve 26 is opened to drain the water in the inner tub 4 and the outer tub 3 to the outside, the motor 8 is connected to the inner tub 4 by the clutch 9, and the inner tub 4 is rotated by the rotation of the motor 8. Dehydration is performed by rotating and separating the water contained in the laundry by centrifugal force and discharging the water into the outer tub 3 through a small hole formed in the inner tub 4. The drain valve 26 is opened to drain the dewatered water. Discharge to the outside. After the dehydrating operation is performed, the drain valve 26 is closed, the water supply valve is opened to supply water into the inner tub 4, the laundry is stirred by rotating the stirring blades 6, and the rinsing step of rotating the inner tub 4 and spinning is performed. Is carried out to remove detergent components contained in the laundry.
[0021]
If it is set after the washing step that the drying step is subsequently performed, the drain valve 26 is closed, the circulation path switching valve 24 is opened to form an air circulation path, and the stirring blade 6 is correctly rotated. The drying operation of energizing the heater 19 and the circulation fan 18 to circulate air in the circulation path while performing the stirring operation of peeling off the laundry stuck to the peripheral wall of the inner tub 4 by dehydration by the rotation operation of rotating and reversing. Be executed.
[0022]
The warm air heated by the heater 19 from the air blown from the circulation fan 18 is fed into the inner tub 4 through the upper bellows hose 17 and the warm air outlet 20 to evaporate water from the agitated laundry. The air containing moisture exits from the small hole formed in the peripheral surface of the inner tank into the outer tank 3, passes through the exhaust port 22, the lower bellows hose 23, and the circulation path switching valve 24, and passes through the heat exchanger 12. The exchanger 12 is air-cooled by a blower (not shown) and / or is cooled by injecting water into the heat exchanger 12, so that dew condensation of moisture occurs and dehumidification is performed. The dehumidified air is sent out again to the heater 19 by the circulation fan 18, and the warm air heated by the heater 19 is sent back into the inner tank 4. The laundry is dried by this air circulation.
[0023]
When the washing, spin-drying, and drying processes are performed as described above, there are many users' desires to check the state of the laundry in each process, and in response to this, the washing and drying machine according to the present embodiment has an outer lid. 14 is made of a transparent resin, and a part of the inner lid 13 is made of a transparent resin so that the laundry in the inner tub 4 can be observed from outside. The request to check the state of the laundry is not only to simply observe the operation of the washer / dryer, but also to request the user to modify the laundry in progress at the discretion of the user according to the progress of the process. . For example, in the washing / drying machine according to the present embodiment, a function of switching the drying temperature between high and low depending on the type of laundry is provided, and a delicate garment such as a blouse or a lingerie can be set to a drying course for drying at a low temperature. is there. The laundry, such as gym clothes and bath towels, is dried at a high temperature because it does not matter wrinkles, so the inner lid 13 is locked so as not to be opened by a lid lock mechanism. 13 can be opened, the progress of drying can be observed from the transparent inner lid 13, and if there is dry laundry, the inner lid 13 can be opened and taken out. Become. In addition, since the power consumption for drying becomes large, it is a convenient function for observing the progress of the drying process, taking out laundry that has been dried to some extent, and then drying it in the sun. .
[0024]
FIGS. 3 and 4 show the structure of the resin outer tank cover 11 and the resin inner lid 13. The outer tank cover 11 attached to the outer tank 3 so as to seal its upper opening has a hinge structure. The inner lid 13 is attached so as to be freely opened and closed by 37.
[0025]
The outer tank cover 11 has a hot air outlet 20 for supplying hot air into the inner tank 4 and a water supply port 16 for supplying water into the inner tank 4, and is closed by the inner lid 13. Reinforcing ribs 38 are formed to compensate for a decrease in strength due to the formation of the opening that opens into the inner tank 4 to be formed. The outer tank cover 11 is formed of polypropylene in which the amount of talc added is higher than usual in order to obtain heat resistance against heat during the drying process. Due to this material and structure, no deformation occurs even when exposed to a high temperature during drying, and the upper opening of the outer tub 3 is sealed so that hot air does not leak to the outside and the drying capacity is not reduced.
[0026]
The inner lid 13 is provided with a transparent frame 27 made of polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), which is a heat-resistant transparent resin material, and is provided with a window frame 28 made of polypropylene having the same composition as the outer tank cover 11. It is sandwiched and fixed from above and below. As shown in FIG. 4, the window frame 28 includes an upper frame 28a and a lower frame 28b, and a convex portion formed on the peripheral edge of the transparent window 27 fits into a concave portion formed on each inner peripheral side. Since the O-ring 71 is fitted in the concave portion of the upper frame 28a, the space between the upper frame 28a and the lower frame 28b is screw-fixed at a plurality of places, thereby combining with the meshing structure. And airtightness is improved. The inner lid 13 can be opened by a hinge structure 37 provided at the other end by holding the handle 36 provided at one end thereof and pulling it up from the outer tank cover 11. The hinge structure 37 is configured to click the closed position and the open position of the inner lid 13, and the closed position and the open position are maintained. A packing 70 made of an elastic material is attached to a peripheral portion of the lower frame 28b. When the inner lid 13 is closed, the packing 70 is in close contact with the peripheral portion of the upper opening of the outer tank cover 1 and can be freely opened and closed. The airtightness of the arranged inner lid 13 is maintained.
[0027]
Most of the outer tank cover 11 and the inner lid 13 including the hinge structure 37 are formed of a resin material, so that the weight is reduced. Even if the upper opening of the outer tub 3 is closed by the outer tub cover 11 provided with the inner lid 13, the center of gravity of the outer tub 3 and the inner tub 4 contained therein does not move upward due to weight reduction, and Even when a dehydrating operation in which the tub 4 is rotated at a high speed is performed, generation of vibration in the outer tub 3 floatingly supported by the suspension 2 is suppressed, and the dehydrating time can be reduced.
[0028]
In the above configuration, the inner lid 13 is partially formed in the transparent window 27, but the entire surface may be formed to be transparent. Although the state of the laundry housed in the inner tub 4 can be sufficiently checked even with the area of the transparent window 27 shown in FIG. 3, the visibility is certainly improved when the entire surface is formed transparent. However, polyethylene naphthalate, which is a transparent heat-resistant material, is more expensive than a general resin material. Is a preferable choice.
[0029]
The outer lid 14 can be formed using a transparent resin material such as polycarbonate which is generally widely used because the heat influence and the hermeticity during drying are not regarded as important.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the inner lid or a part thereof is formed of a heat-resistant transparent resin and the outer lid is also formed of a transparent material, the state of the laundry in each process of washing, dehydrating, and drying Can be easily confirmed from the outside, and the user can modify a desired state in each of the automated processes according to the state of the laundry.
[0031]
Also, in the present invention, since the inner lid is formed of resin, and preferably, the outer tank cover is also formed of resin, the center of gravity of the outer tank supported by the suspension and the inner tank stored therein is set low. It is possible to improve the dewatering performance by enabling high-speed rotation during dehydration.
