Abstract
Description
【0001】

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a transmission apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention, in which audio and video inputs from connected AV equipment are input to a wireless transmitter (transmitter) 10A, and a wireless packet is transmitted. The converted wireless data (signal) is transmitted to an audio receiver (receiver) 60 including a speaker and the like and a video receiver (receiver) 70 including a projector and the like.

First, the detection means 30 obtains the value of the difference time T by delaying either the audio reproduction or the video reproduction by the method described above (see FIG. 2) (S11). If the video reproduction is delayed (S12: YES), a request is made to the delay means 40a on the audio signal processing side to delay the audio reproduction time by the difference time T (S13).

If the sound reproduction is delayed (S12: NO), the video signal processing-
For example, when delay processing is performed on the audio signal processing side, that is, when video reproduction is delayed by the difference time T (S15: YES), the timing at which the audio packet extracted from the audio signal buffer 12 is converted into a wireless packet is changed by the difference time T. It is delayed (S16). As a result, in the video packet and the audio packet having the same reproduction time management information, the audio packet is transmitted to the wireless transmission path with a delay time T later than the time at which the video packet is transmitted to the wireless transmission path.

Conversely, when the delay processing is performed on the video signal processing side, that is, when the audio reproduction is delayed by the difference time T (S17: YES), the same delay processing is performed on the video signal processing side (S18).
By the above procedure, the transmission of either the audio packet or the video packet to the wireless transmission path is shifted by the difference time T, so that the audio reproduction and the video reproduction on the receiving side can be synchronized.
In addition to the above-described method, it is also possible to perform the delay processing by modifying the reproduction time management information added to the audio packet or the video packet. For example, when delay processing is performed on the audio signal processing side (S15: YES), the reproduction time management information of the audio packet extracted from the audio signal buffer 12 is changed to be delayed by the difference time T.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a transmitter that receives and reproduces an audio signal and a video signal, in a transmitter that separately transmits the audio signal and the video signal, the audio reproduction returned to the transmitter is performed. Detecting means for detecting difference time information, which is information of audio / video reproduction synchronization deviation, based on the signal and the video reproduction signal; and a difference time obtained by the detection means for eliminating the reproduction synchronization deviation. Delay means for delaying the transmission of audio or video based on the information, wherein the differential time information is the difference between the time required for audio reproduction via transmission and the time required for video reproduction via transmission. Since there is a time and information on whether audio playback or video playback is delayed, even if the playback synchronization of audio and video is out of sync, the playback synchronization offset is eliminated by the transmitter. Voice It is possible to allow the simultaneous playback of fine image.
[0060]
Further, according to the present invention, in a receiver that receives and reproduces video and audio separately transmitted from the transmitter, the audio and video reproduction signals or the video reproduction signal captured by the receiver are used for audio and video reproduction. Detecting means for detecting difference time information which is information of a video playback synchronization shift; and delaying audio or video playback based on the difference time information obtained by the detection means to eliminate the playback synchronization shift. Delay means, the difference time information, the difference between the time required for audio reproduction via transmission and the time required for video reproduction via transmission, and which of the audio reproduction or video reproduction is delayed Even if there is a difference in audio and video playback synchronization, the receiver can resolve the synchronization error and enable simultaneous audio and video playback. .
[0061]
Further, in the transmission device according to the present invention, the difference time information output from the notifying means of the receiver is input to the control signal detecting means of the transmitter, and then transferred to the delay means of the transmitter. The delay means can delay the transmission of audio or video based on the difference time information, so that even if the reproduction synchronization of audio and video is deviated, the reproduction synchronization deviation is eliminated by the entire transmission apparatus. Audio and video can be reproduced simultaneously.
