Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a current sensor device in which a magnetic sensor is arranged in a gap of a magnetic yoke.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a conventional magnetic sensor device, a current carrier through which a current to be measured flows is surrounded by a magnetic yoke, a gap is provided in a part of the magnetic yoke, and an electric signal corresponding to the strength of a magnetic field in the gap is provided in the gap. A configuration in which a generated magnetic sensor is arranged is known (for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-2002-214272
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the magnetic yoke in which the magnetic sensor is disposed in the air gap has a closed loop shape, and the insertion of the current carrier into the magnetic yoke has to be inserted into the internal space of the magnetic yoke from the axial direction, and there are many restrictions. In addition, since the magnetic yoke itself has a C-shape, the yield of material for the magnetic yoke is low, resulting in an increase in material cost.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its object to reduce restrictions on the insertion arrangement of a current carrier through which a current to be measured flows, to improve ease of use, and to improve the yield of material removal of a magnetic yoke. To provide a current sensor device that can reduce the material cost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the magnetic yoke is composed of two magnetic bodies, the yield of material removal of the magnetic yoke is improved, and the material cost can be reduced. In addition, since the magnetic yoke is formed with a passage gap through which a current carrier through which a current to be measured flows can be passed, there is no restriction on the insertion arrangement of the current carrier and the device is easy to use.
[0007]
In this case, the two magnetic bodies of the magnetic yoke and the magnetic sensor may be integrated by a resin mold.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The magnetic yoke 1 has two magnetic bodies 2 and 3 and is formed in a ring shape as a whole. The magnetic bodies 2 and 3 are made of a ferromagnetic material (for example, iron, nickel, or a cobalt-based material). In this case, a gap 4 for sensor arrangement is formed between one end 2a of one magnetic body 2 and one end 3a of the other magnetic body 3 (indicated by a dimension line 4 for convenience), and the other end of one magnetic body 2 is formed. Between the second magnetic body 2b and the other end 3b of the other magnetic body 3, there is formed a passage gap 6 through which a current carrier 5 for flowing a current to be measured can pass.
[0009]
A magnetic sensor 7 is arranged in the sensor arrangement space 4. The magnetic sensor 7 is formed by, for example, resin-molding a Hall IC chip, and has an electric power corresponding to the strength of the magnetic field in the sensor arrangement space 4. It generates a signal. The two magnetic bodies 2 and 3 of the magnetic yoke 1 and the magnetic sensor 7 are integrated by a resin 8 mold. The passage gap 6 is located on the opposite side of the sensor arrangement gap 4.
[0010]
In this embodiment, the magnetic field strength at the magnetic sensor 7 is determined by the width of the sensor arrangement gap 4 (distance between the ends 2a and 3a), and is insensitive to the width of the other gap, the passage gap 6. It is. That is, the width of the sensor arrangement gap 4 is important, but other dimensions may be roughly. Therefore, sufficient current detection can be performed even if the current carrier 5 is displaced.
[0011]
In this embodiment, since the magnetic yoke 1 has the two magnetic members 2 and 3 and is formed in a ring shape as a whole, the yield of material for the magnetic yoke 1 is improved, and the material cost can be reduced. Further, since the magnetic yoke 1 is formed with the passage gap 6 through which the current carrier 5 through which the current to be measured flows can be passed, there is no restriction on the insertion arrangement of the current carrier 5 and the usability is good.
[0012]
The position of the passage gap 6 is not limited to the first embodiment, but may be changed as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 as the second embodiment and the third embodiment of the present invention. You may. Further, the magnetic bodies 2 and 3 and the magnetic sensor 7 may be fixed to each other by an attachment or a case made of a non-magnetic material. Further, the magnetic yoke may be annular instead of rectangular.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an entire current sensor device according to a first embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an entire current sensor device according to a second embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the entire current sensor device according to the third embodiment.
1 is a magnetic yoke, 2 and 3 are magnetic materials, 4 is a gap for disposing a sensor, 5 is a current carrier, 6 is a gap for passing, and 7 is a magnetic sensor.
