Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a headlamp mounting structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The headlamp installed on the front of the vehicle body is rotatable backward around a rotation fulcrum provided at the lower part, but usually a bracket integrally formed on the upper part is fastened to the corresponding vehicle body. Therefore, the mounting state is maintained with a predetermined posture.
[0003]
When an impact is applied to the headlamp at the time of a light collision at the front of the vehicle, the bracket, which is the weakest part, is broken, and the entire headlamp is rotated backward about the lower pivot point to absorb the impact. It has become. If the headlamp rotates backward in this manner, the impact received by an object colliding with the headlamp can be reduced, and the object can be protected (for example, see Patent Document 1).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-280816 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional structure, by rotating the headlamp backward during a light collision of the vehicle, it is possible to absorb the shock at the time of the collision, but the bracket as a part of the headlamp is broken. In addition, the entire headlamp must be replaced, resulting in an increase in repair costs.
[0006]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to such a conventional technique, and provides a headlamp mounting structure that can be rotated backward without damaging the headlamp side at all during a light collision of a vehicle. It is.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a turning fulcrum is provided below the headlamp so as to allow the entire headlamp to turn rearward, and an arc or arc centered on the turning fulcrum is provided above the headlamp. A bracket in a forward direction substantially along the tangential direction of the headlamp is formed, and the bracket is easily broken by a shearing force applied from a bracket of a headlamp that rotates rearward in response to an impact at the time of a light vehicle collision with respect to a corresponding vehicle body. It is characterized by being mounted by a simple mounting means.
[0008]
According to the invention described in claim 2, a block is provided in a portion of the vehicle body corresponding to the bracket, and a storage space in which the bracket can be inserted along the direction of the block is formed in the block. The mounting means is fastened to the bracket inserted into the bracket while the mounting means is penetrated, and at least a portion of the mounting means which penetrates the bracket is formed by a fragile portion.
[0009]
The invention according to
[0010]
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that a reinforcing member is provided on the vehicle body located below the headlamp.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the invention, the bracket formed on the upper part of the headlamp is in a forward direction substantially along a circular arc or a tangential direction of the circular arc centering on a pivot point provided on the lower part of the headlamp. Therefore, when the headlamp is rotated rearward due to an impact, only a tensile load is applied to the bracket mainly along the longitudinal direction of the bracket, and the bracket is not easily broken. In addition, since the attachment means for attaching the bracket to the vehicle body is easily broken by the shearing force applied from the bracket, only the attachment means is destroyed, and the headlamp is not destroyed. Therefore, only the inexpensive mounting means needs to be replaced, and there is no need to replace the headlamp, so that the repair cost can be greatly reduced.
[0012]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since all of the structure for attaching the bracket by the attaching means is integrated in the block, the design change on the vehicle body side can be minimized. In addition, since the mounting means is made to penetrate the bracket and the penetrating portion is made to be a fragile part, the mounting means can be reliably broken from the fragile part by the shearing force from the bracket.
[0013]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the energy absorbing member is provided below the headlamp, the energy absorbing efficiency during the backward rotation of the headlamp is high.
[0014]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the vehicle body located below the headlamp is reinforced, deformation of the vehicle body can be prevented, and only the energy absorbing member can be reliably crushed. Therefore, the vehicle body does not deform and there is no need to repair the vehicle body.
[0015]
