【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記従来技術の紙管による巻取りと特開2002−137856号公報における課題について述べる。先ず、図3に示す従来の紙管によるプラスチック袋の製袋時に生じるトリミングによる耳端の巻取りは、そのプラスチックフィルムの耳端が、紙管に巻き取られ一体化されているので、廃棄処分の際燃える物と、燃えない物に分別しなければならない。ところが、紙管だけを抜き取ることは困難で、結果的に巻き取られたロール状の耳端は、細く輪切りにして、紙管を取り除くものである。また、筒状軸体と筒状軸体内の膨張体と筒状軸体の外側における複数のリーフとを具備し、前記複数のリーフの各々は軸線方向に延びると共に、複数のリーフは円周方向におけるそれぞれの角度範囲を占めるように分割して配置され、前記膨張体の膨張時に前記リーフを半径外方に拡開させるように膨張体とリーフとを協働させる協働手段とを備えるという構成を有するが、紙管などのコアを用いることなしに真円形状に実質的に維持しつつ巻き取ることを目的のためにその真円を可能にする工夫を行った構造であり、大変複雑な形状の巻取軸で高価になってしまう。しかも、製袋時に生じる耳端のように廃棄するものを巻取る場合に使用するには、不経済であるという問題があった。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑み、巻枠にアングルバーが出没自在になるようにし、前記巻枠内に筒体と、筒体内に送りネジを設け、この送りネジの回転により機能するリンク機構でアングルバーを拡縮できるように設け、アングルバーを拡大状態で巻き取り、アングルバーを縮小状態にして巻き取られた連続耳端を巻取軸から抜き取ることができる製袋時に生じる耳端を巻取るコアレス巻取軸を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、前記課題の解決を図ったもので、次のような技術手段を採用した。請求項1記載の発明においては、巻枠にアングルバーが出没自在になるように切り欠きを設け、前記巻枠内に筒体と筒体内に握りハンドルと一体的に形成した送りネジを設け、前記送りネジの回転により2個以上のアングルバーを押しリンクと送りネジに螺合されたスライド部材とで拡縮できるように設け、このアングルバーを送りネジの回転により拡大状態にして巻枠と拡大されたアングルバーの外周に製袋時のトリミングにより生じる連続耳端をロール状に巻回し、アングルバーを送りネジの逆回転により縮小状態にすることにより、連続耳端のロールを巻枠から抜き取るようにするという技術手段を採用した。

図1において、本発明の一実施形態にかかる巻枠の一部に出没自在に設けたアングルバーを拡大状態にした所を示す一部断面にした横断面図(a)と縦断面図(b)である。図2においては、本発明の巻枠の一部に出没自在に設けたアングルバーを縮小状態にした所を示す一部断面にした横断面図(a)と縦断面図(b)である。図3は従来の巻取軸として紙管を採用したものを示す横断面図(a)と右側面図である。

ここで、本発明の一実施例を図1、図2に基づいて詳細に説明する。

このアングルバー8は、巻枠9間に出没できるように配設されていて、しかも巻枠9に固設されたスプリング10で常時縮むように作用させるように構成されている。このスプリング10の縮む力に抗して、握りハンドル4で送りネジ3を回転させてスライド部材5、押しリンク6を介してアングルバー8と巻枠9を拡動させるようになっている。
なお、巻取時、アングルバー8の先端角部に巻枠9の枠面より多くの圧力が掛かり、縮める際には容易に縮径できるものである。なお、11は巻枠9の両端に設けた規制円板である。

次に、図2に基づいて巻取り終了後、巻取り耳端を本発明の巻取軸から抜き取る場合の説明をする。
前記した巻き取る際に対して、握りハンドル4を逆転させて矢印B方向にスライド部材5、押しリンク6を開口孔7内で移動させると、押しリンク6が縮小し、巻枠9もスプリング10によって縮小し、同時に巻枠9間に出張っていたアングルバー8が没っして結果的に縮径される。この際、スプリング10が収縮作用が生じるので簡単に縮径でき、巻き取られた耳端は容易に取り除ける。これで、巻き取られた耳端と巻取軸は分離できるものである。

本発明は、以上の構成を採用した結果、次のような効果を得ることができる。(1)拡縮できる巻取軸を簡単な構成で安価に得ることができる。
(2)巻き取った耳端と巻取軸が簡単に分離できるので、廃棄の際、燃えない物だけにして巻き取った状態にできるので、公害防止を行う上で良好である。すなわち、燃えない物と燃える物とが分離できているものである。
