The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the vertical slitter-winder automatic system of the present invention includes a vertical slitter-winder 100, a selvedge guide 200, and a conveyor 300. The edge guide device 200 and the vertical slitter edge coiler 100 are both mounted on the transition table 1 of the slitting machine, the edge guide device 200 is located on one side of the vertical slitter edge coiler 100, and steel strip slitter edges (hereinafter referred to as slitter edges) sheared by the slitting machine firstly pass through the edge guide device 200 and then are coiled into a lump by the vertical slitter edge coiler 100. The conveyor 300 is disposed below the transition table 1 and below the vertical slitter edge winder 100, and outputs the slitter edge roll discharged from the vertical slitter edge winder 100.
Specifically, the vertical slitter edge coiling machine 100 comprises a box body 2, a coiling block 3, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism; wherein, the box 2 is located the top of reel 3, and first actuating mechanism is connected with reel 3, and second actuating mechanism is connected with first actuating mechanism. The first driving mechanism comprises a speed reducing motor 4 and a main shaft 5; wherein, gear motor 4 installs in box 2, and the top surface that box 2 was upwards worn out to main shaft 5's upper end is connected with gear motor 4, and the box 2 is worn out downwards to the lower extreme. The connection of the main shaft 5 and the top surface of the box body 2 is provided with an elastic clamp spring 6 for a shaft and a first deep groove ball bearing 7, wherein the elastic clamp spring 6 for the shaft fixes the first deep groove ball bearing 7 on the main shaft 5. The joint of the main shaft 5 and the bottom surface of the box body 2 is provided with a first gland 9, a second deep groove ball bearing 8 and an oil seal 10 are clamped between the first gland 9 and the main shaft 5, the oil seal 10 is positioned below the second deep groove ball bearing 8, and a gap between the box body 2 and the main shaft 5 is sealed through the first gland 9 and the oil seal 10. Further, a spline 11 is installed in the main shaft 5.
The second driving mechanism comprises an oil cylinder 12 and a shifting handle 13; wherein, the side of the box body 2 is provided with an oil cylinder seat 14, the oil cylinder 12 is arranged on the oil cylinder seat 14, and a piston rod of the oil cylinder 12 is connected with an oil cylinder joint 15. A shifting handle seat 16 is arranged on the bottom surface of the box body 2, and the shifting handle seat 16 is positioned between the oil cylinder connector 15 and the main shaft 5; the shifting handle 13 is arranged on the shifting handle base 16, one end of the shifting handle 13 is connected with the oil cylinder connector 15, and the other end of the shifting handle extends to the lower part of the box body 2 and is sleeved on the main shaft 5 in a sliding manner.
The winding drum 3 is arranged on the main shaft 5, and the winding drum 3 comprises a rotary table 30 and a connecting rod 31 connected between the rotary table 30 and the main shaft 5; the turntable 30 is sleeved on the main shaft 5, and a sliding block 17 is arranged at one end of the turntable 30 close to the main shaft 5, so that the turntable 30 can slide up and down along the main shaft 5; the handle 13 is located between the bottom surface of the case 2 and the turntable 30. The lower end of the main shaft 5 is sleeved with a shaft sleeve 18 and a second gland 19 in sequence, and the second gland 19 is compressed through a screw rod 20 and a nut 21, so that the shaft sleeve 18 and the second gland 19 are fixed at the lower end of the main shaft 5.
Further, a fixed block 32 is convexly arranged on the rotary table 30, and the upper end of the connecting rod 31 penetrates through the rotary table 30 and is fixed on the fixed block 32 through the pin shaft 22; the lower end of the connecting rod 31 is hinged with a stop block 23, the shaft sleeve 18 is provided with a connecting block 24, and the stop block 23 is hinged with the connecting block 24. Please refer to the left part of fig. 2: when the vertical slitter edge coiler 100 is in a coiling state, the included angle between the connecting rod 31 and the stop block 23 is 120 degrees, so that the scrap is effectively prevented from falling off when the coiling drum 3 coils the steel strip slitter edge; please refer to the right part of fig. 2: when the vertical slitter edge coiler 100 is in a discharging state, the included angle between the connecting rod 31 and the stop block 23 is 0 degree, namely the connecting rod 31 and the stop block 23 form a straight line. In addition, a spring 25 is connected between the slide block 17 and the shaft sleeve 18; when the cylinder 12 stops, the turntable 30 and the link 31 are restored by the elastic force of the spring 25.
The working process of the automatic system of the vertical slitter edge coiler comprises the following steps: the steel strip scrap edge cut by the slitting machine firstly passes through the edge guide device 200, so that the scrap edge is uniformly distributed on the winding drum 3;
then, the vertical slitter edge winder 100 winds the slitter edge, which specifically comprises: the speed reducer drives the main shaft 5 to rotate, so as to drive the winding drum 3 to rotate, and steel strip scrap is wound (please refer to the left part of fig. 2); after the winding of the steel strip scrap by the winding drum 3 is completed, a piston rod of the oil cylinder 12 extends out, so that the shifting handle 13 swings around the shifting handle seat 16, the shifting handle seat 16 pushes the rotary table 30 to slide downwards along the main shaft 5, the spring 25 is compressed, the winding drum 3 is shrunk, and the scrap on the winding drum 3 is unloaded (please refer to the right part of fig. 2);
finally, the scrap rolled into a lump drops to the conveyor 300 and is conveyed out by the conveyor 300.
In conclusion, the automatic system of the vertical slitter edge coiling machine has the following beneficial effects:
1. the vertical slitter edge coiler 100 and the edge guide device 200 are both arranged on the transition table 1 of the slitting machine, so that the occupied area is effectively reduced.
2. Through setting up conveyer 300 in vertical slitter edge coiling machine 100's below, the slitter edge coil stock that vertical slitter edge coiling machine 100 lifted off directly writes conveyer 300 output to need not the staff and make a round trip to walk around in production line both sides, save a large amount of manpowers and time, effectively improve production efficiency.
3. The vertical slitter edge coiling machine 100 is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and convenient to maintain, install and debug.
