Abstract
Description
【0001】

In the molding method, the molded article has slightly anisotropic physical properties. The compression property in the same direction as the foaming direction has a property of maintaining a certain constant load, and has such a property that good impact energy can be efficiently absorbed by this property.
[0010]
However, since the foamed urethane pad is foamed, the individual variation is considerably large, and fine grading cannot be performed. In addition, since the shape conforms to the rear surface of the

[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and relates to an automobile interior part to be mounted on a side wall panel of a vehicle. In particular, a fine grade setting of a side impact shock absorber capable of absorbing an impact at the time of a side impact is provided. It is easy to use, the molding equipment for the side impact shock absorber can be simplified, it is lightweight and excellent in recyclability, and the sudden increase in reaction force during a side collision is suppressed, and ideal shock absorption characteristics are achieved. It is an object of the present invention to provide an obtained automobile interior part.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is configured based on a resin core material molded into a required shape, and at the time of a side collision, a shoulder or a waist of an occupant is easily attached to a rear surface of the resin core material in an impact area. An automobile interior part to which a shock absorber is fixed, wherein the side shock absorber is formed of a hollow sphere obtained by integrating hollow hemispheres along a joint. It is characterized by.
[0014]
Here, the vehicle interior parts refer to vehicle interior parts, such as vehicle door trims and rear side trims, which are mounted on the side wall panels of the vehicle. In addition, the location where the side impact shock absorber is installed on the back surface of the interior component corresponds to the back surface of the resin core material in the impact area where the waist and shoulders of the occupant are easy to touch.
[0015]
As this side impact shock absorber, a hollow sphere in which the openings of the hollow hemispheres are joined to each other with the openings facing each other is used.To fix the hollow sphere to the back surface of the resin core material, In addition to the welding and fixing method of fixing by ultrasonic welding or thermal welding, it is also possible to use an adhesive to fix the adhesive.
[0016]
When a hollow sphere is fixed to the back surface of the resin core material, first, the hemisphere is fixed to the back surface of the resin core material by welding or the like with the opening facing the panel side, and then the remaining hemisphere is aligned with the opening. Alternatively, the hemispheres may be joined and fixed to each other to form a hollow sphere in advance, and then fixed to the back surface of the resin core material by welding or the like.
[0017]
Further, in the structure in which the openings of the hollow hemispheres are joined and fixed, an engaging groove is formed along the outside of the opening edge of the one hemisphere, and the inside of the opening edge of the other hemisphere is formed inside. A conventional fixing means such as forming a ring-shaped locking projection along with the locking projection in the locking concave groove and assembling a hemisphere may be used.
[0018]
As a further preferred embodiment, the hollow sphere as the side impact shock absorber has a side impact shock absorbing function adapted to an impact load by adjusting the direction of a joint for joining hemispheres. And
[0019]
Therefore, according to the automotive interior component according to the present invention, for example, if a certain space is provided on the back surface of the interior component, a hollow sphere having a predetermined volume is used as the side impact shock absorber. It can easily respond to the difference in the shape and specifications of the resin core material.
[0020]
In addition, by using a resin material of the same system as the resin core as a hollow sphere, recyclability can be improved, weight reduction can be achieved, and the amount of remaining crushing is smaller than urethane pad. As a result, a sudden increase in the reaction force during a side collision or the like is suppressed.
[0021]
Furthermore, fine grades can be easily set by changing the direction of the joint between the hemispheres constituting the hollow sphere and the characteristics of the material used.
[0022]
Next, another embodiment of the present invention is configured based on a resin core material molded into a required shape, and in the event of a side collision, the shoulder or the waist portion of the occupant has a side collision on the rear surface of the resin core material in an impact area where it is easy to touch. An automobile interior part having a shock absorber fixed thereto, wherein the side impact shock absorber is formed of a hollow hemisphere, and a curved surface of the hemisphere is fixed to a back surface of a resin core material by welding or the like. And the opening faces the body panel side.
[0023]
According to this embodiment, since the hemisphere alone is used as the side collision shock absorber, the assembling process of the hemispheres can be eliminated, and by changing the diameter and length of the hemisphere, the side collision can be prevented. In addition to being able to adjust the amount of shock absorption at the same time, it is possible to easily tune the impact load by changing the material and thickness.
