Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for preventing, in a vehicle provided with a high-voltage power storage device, an influence or a defect caused by a high voltage at the time of a collision, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art As an exhaust gas purifying device for an engine, a device utilizing corona discharge is known. In the exhaust gas purifying device, a high-voltage power storage device is used to generate corona discharge by a high voltage. However, if the operation of the exhaust gas purification device is continued during a vehicle accident such as a collision, for example, the operation of other devices in the vehicle may be hindered or disabled due to the high voltage. As a result, there is a possibility that a problem may occur such that the vehicle cannot run on its own after the accident (hereinafter, such effects and defects are collectively referred to as “adverse effects due to high voltage”).
[0003]
For this reason, at the time of a vehicle collision or collision detection, a method is proposed in which the power supply from the high-voltage power storage device to the high-voltage generating device or the purifying device is cut off or greatly restricted, thereby preventing the adverse effect of the high voltage. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even if the power supply is stopped at the time of a collision or the like, the power remains in the high-voltage power storage device, so that the high voltage may still have an adverse effect after the engine is stopped or at the time of a collision.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is an object of the present invention to prevent a vehicle having an exhaust gas purifying device and other devices using a high voltage from having an adverse effect due to a high voltage in a vehicle accident or the like. Make it an issue.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to one aspect of the present invention, in a vehicle control device including a high-voltage power storage device, in a predetermined state, power supply to the power storage device is stopped, and power stored in the power storage device is forcibly reduced. Discharge means for discharging is provided.
[0009]
The above-mentioned vehicle has a high-voltage power storage device for corona discharge in an exhaust gas purification system, motor drive of a hybrid vehicle, and the like. In a predetermined state, for example, when a vehicle collision is detected, when the engine is stopped, or when the system is stopped, the power stored in the power storage device is forcibly discharged by the discharging unit. Thus, in an abnormal state such as a failure or an accident, it is possible to prevent an adverse effect caused by a high voltage that may be caused by the high voltage stored in the power storage device.
[0010]
One aspect of the above-described vehicle control device includes a collision detection unit that detects a collision of the vehicle, and the discharge unit discharges when the collision of the vehicle is detected. At the time of a vehicle collision, an accident due to disconnection of the high-voltage wiring or the like is likely to occur. Therefore, by forcibly discharging the high-voltage power storage device, adverse effects due to the high voltage can be prevented.
[0011]
In another aspect of the above-described vehicle control device, the vehicle control device further includes collision prediction means for predicting the collision of the vehicle and calculating a collision prediction time, wherein the discharging means performs the collision prediction time after predicting the collision of the vehicle. Discharge by then. In this aspect, by discharging the power storage device before the collision prediction time in which a collision is predicted to occur, it is possible to reduce the possibility that a high voltage causes adverse effects when a collision occurs.
[0012]
In another aspect of the above-described vehicle control device, the vehicle control device further includes a voltage control unit that reduces a charging voltage of the power storage device after predicting a collision by the collision unit. In this aspect, when a collision is predicted, there is a high possibility that a collision will actually occur later. Therefore, by reducing the charging voltage of the power storage device in advance, the discharge time at the time of the collision can be reduced. And the effect of a collision can be reduced.
[0013]
In another aspect of the above-described vehicle control device, the vehicle control device further includes a power-supplied element that receives power supply from the power storage device, and the voltage control unit performs the power control from the power storage device during a period from the collision prediction to the collision prediction time. A charging voltage of the power storage device and a frequency and a duty ratio of a power supply signal from the power storage device to the power supplied element are controlled such that power supplied to the power supplied element is constant. According to this aspect, after the collision prediction, the voltage of the power storage device is decreased, but the frequency and the duty ratio of the power supply signal to the supplied element are controlled by that amount so that constant power is always supplied. The anticipated collision can be prepared without degrading the function of the supplied element.
[0014]
Another aspect of the above-described vehicle control device includes an engine starting device that receives supply of power from the power storage device, and the discharging unit controls the power storage device to a minimum voltage required for starting the engine by the engine starting device. Discharge the power stored in the battery. In this aspect, the engine can be reliably started even after the discharge.
[0015]
Another aspect of the above-described vehicle control device includes an engine start device that starts the engine of the vehicle, and an engine start power storage device that is configured separately from the power storage device and supplies power to the engine start device. Prepare. In this embodiment, since the power storage device for starting the engine is separately provided, even if the high-voltage power storage device is forcibly discharged at the time of a collision or the like, the starting of the engine is not affected.
