Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a control device for preventing an influence or a malfunction caused by a high voltage in a vehicle including a high-voltage power storage device, for example, at the time of a collision.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art An engine exhaust gas purification device that uses corona discharge is known. In the exhaust gas purification device, a high voltage power storage device is used to generate corona discharge by a high voltage. However, if the exhaust gas purification device continues to operate during a vehicle accident such as a collision, for example, the operation of other equipment in the vehicle may be hindered or inoperable due to high voltage. May cause problems such as the vehicle being unable to self-run after an accident (hereinafter, such effects and malfunctions are collectively referred to as “adverse effects due to high voltage”).
[0003]
For this reason, at the time of a vehicle collision or collision detection, a method is proposed for preventing the adverse effects of high voltage by cutting off or greatly restricting the power supply from the high voltage power storage device to the high voltage generator or purification device. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even if power supply is stopped at the time of a collision or the like, power remains in the high-voltage power storage device, so that there is a possibility that an adverse effect due to the high voltage may still occur after the engine stops or at the time of a collision.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in a vehicle having an exhaust gas purification device and other devices using a high voltage, it is possible to prevent an adverse effect due to the high voltage in the event of a vehicle accident or the like. Let it be an issue.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In one aspect of the present invention, in a vehicle control device including a high-voltage power storage device, a collision detection unit that detects a collision of the vehicle , and power supply to the power storage device when the vehicle collision is detected Discharge means for forcibly discharging the electric power stored in the power storage device, a collision prediction means for predicting a collision of the vehicle and calculating a collision prediction time, and a collision prediction by the collision prediction means A voltage control unit that lowers a charging voltage of the power storage device after prediction; and a power-supplied element that receives power supply from the power storage device, the voltage control unit from the prediction of the collision to the collision prediction time. During this period, the charging voltage of the power storage device and the frequency and duty of the power supply signal from the power storage device to the power supplied element are set so that the power supplied from the power storage device to the power supplied element is constant. To control the I ratio.
[0009]
The vehicle includes a high-voltage power storage device for corona discharge in an exhaust gas purification system, a motor drive of a hybrid vehicle, and the like. For example, in a predetermined state such as when a vehicle collision is detected, when the engine is stopped, or when the system is stopped, the discharging means forcibly discharges the electric power stored in the power storage device when the vehicle collision is detected. Let The collision detection means detects a collision of the vehicle. The collision prediction means predicts a collision of the vehicle and calculates a collision prediction time. The voltage control unit lowers the charging voltage of the power storage device after the collision is predicted by the collision prediction unit. The power supplied element is supplied with electric power from the power storage device. Here, the voltage control unit is configured to charge the power storage device and the power storage device so that the power supplied from the power storage device to the power-supplied element is constant from the collision prediction to the collision prediction time. The frequency and duty ratio of a power supply signal from the device to the power-supplied element are controlled. According to this, although the voltage of the power storage device is reduced after the collision is predicted, the frequency and duty ratio of the power supply signal to the supplied element are controlled accordingly so that constant power is always supplied. Anticipated collisions can be prepared without degrading the function of the supply element .
[0014]
Another aspect of the vehicle control device includes an engine starting device that receives power from the power storage device, and the discharging means has the power storage device up to a minimum voltage required for starting the engine by the engine starting device. The electric power stored in is discharged. In this aspect, the engine can be reliably started even after discharge.
[0015]
Another aspect of the vehicle control device includes an engine start device that starts the engine of the vehicle, and an engine start power storage device that is configured separately from the power storage device and supplies power to the engine start device. Prepare.
