Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a human waste stirring device of a human waste processing device, and more particularly to a bearing and a seal structure for supporting a stirring shaft.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a human waste processing apparatus that stores human waste in a tank, stirs the human waste in the tank, heats the waste using a heating means such as a heater or a flame, evaporates and dries the human waste in the tank, and further converts the waste into carbonized powder. It is known (for example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2). By the way, in the one described in Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 7, a rolling bearing 37 supports an intermediate shaft 32 which is connected to a stirring shaft for stirring the inside of the human waste tank 3 so as to be integrated with the stirring shaft. Thus, the stirring shaft is supported. The bearing portion 38 has two rolling bearings 37 and a packing 42 disposed vertically, and is held and fixed by a packing bolt 35 with the upper and lower packing holders 31. The upper and lower inner ring ends of the rolling bearing 37 are in contact with the lower step portion 32a of the intermediate shaft 32 and the lower end of the sleeve 34 fixed to the upper intermediate shaft, and the outer ring of the rolling bearing is provided above and below the hole 51. The intermediate shaft 32 is rotatably supported by the rotation supporting portion 40 so as not to move in the axial direction. Further, it is driven by pulley drive by the pulley 41. The lower part 40 a of the support part 40 of the human waste agitator 30 that supports the stirring shaft 32 that agitates the inside of the tank of the human waste processing apparatus has entered the human waste tank 33 considerably deeply. Therefore, in particular, the lower rolling bearing 37 of the rotary bearing portion 40 is exposed to an atmosphere such as a high-temperature ammonia gas generated by heating and stirring of human waste, and has a problem that corrosion progresses rapidly.
[0003]
Therefore, as a countermeasure against corrosion of high-temperature gas or the like, the material of the outer and inner rings and balls of the rolling bearing may be made of ceramics, but there is a problem that it is very expensive. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, Patent Document 2 describes that the bearing 57 of the rotary bearing 60 of the human waste agitator 50 is changed from a rolling bearing system to a sliding bearing system. Further, the upper portion of the stirring shaft 52 is inserted into the hollow shaft 9a by using the geared motor 9 instead of the pulley drive, and is keyed by the key 22 to reduce the load on the bearing 57. Further, although not always clear, the fixing member 53 is bolted to the upper end 57a of the stirring shaft 57 with a bolt 54, and the upper end 52b of the large diameter 52a of the stirring shaft is brought into contact with the lower end 9b of the hollow shaft 9a to fix the shaft axially. It is carried out. A packing 55 and a packing retainer 56 are provided below the sliding bearing 57 as in Patent Document 1, and a packing 58 is fitted into the upper part.

[Patent Document 2]
JP-A-2000-126754 (paragraphs [0010], [0011], [0055]-[0066], FIGS. 5 and 6)
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the device described in Patent Document 2, since the sliding bearing 57 is used, the radial movement of the agitating shaft 52 is large, and an excessive torque acts to stop the apparatus, or the bearing is partially worn. This has caused problems such as the stirring blades not rotating smoothly or a load on a bearing (not shown) on the geared motor 9 side. Similarly, since the packing 55 is not concentric with the stirring shaft 52 (or the intermediate shaft), there is a problem that the gap is large, the deformation of the sliding surface of the packing is large, the sealing property is poor, and the life is shortened. . It should be noted that although Patent Document 1 (FIG. 7) is smaller than that of Patent Document 2 (FIG. 8), it is necessary to secure a gap, and there is a similar problem. Further, as in the case of Patent Literature 1, the sealing mechanism has a structure in which it is fixed by the packing pressers 31 and 56, so that parts processing, management, and assembling man-hours are required. As a result, there is a problem that the manufacturing cost is increased. Was. Further, in the case of Patent Document 2, the stirring shaft 52 is further inserted into the motor output shaft (hollow shaft) 9a, but the lubricant for lubricating the contact surface between the two flows down over time, and as a result, There has been a problem in that fretting wear occurs on the contact surface between the two, and the stirring blade does not rotate smoothly, or a large amount of grease is required.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a human sewage stirring apparatus which has a long life of a bearing and a packing, has good rotation smoothness of a stirring blade, and has a low manufacturing cost in view of the above-mentioned problems. Another object is to prevent fretting wear at the fitting portion between the hollow shaft and the stirring shaft.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention according to claim 1, a tank for storing human waste, a stirring shaft attached to the tank for stirring the human waste in the tank, and heating the human waste in the tank are heated. And a heating means for evaporating or drying the human waste in the tank, wherein a rolling bearing for supporting the stirring shaft is provided at the upper part of the tank. This has solved the above problem.
[0008]
That is, by locating the rolling bearing of the rotary bearing of the night mixing device on the night tank, the heat from the night tank contacts the air above the tank, the rolling bearing is air-cooled, and the heat transmitted to the rolling bearing is reduced. Is very small and does not require special materials such as ceramics, and can use standard materials as well as standard rolling bearings. In addition, the use of rolling bearings does not increase the radial movement and gaps unlike sliding bearings, so the equipment stops or the stirring blades do not rotate smoothly due to partial wear, or the geared motor side There is no problem such as burden on the bearing. Furthermore, the deformation of the sliding surface of the packing is small, the sealing property is good, and the life is long.
[0009]
The packing used may be a burr seal, an oil seal, an O-ring, etc., but it is strong in cost, handling and deformation, and in terms of simplicity of the mounting structure, the sliding contact with the shaft to be hermetically inserted is lip-shaped, and It is desirable to use an elastic oil seal such as a rubber material having a gap between the high pressure side end portion of the outer peripheral portion and the lip portion. Therefore, in the invention according to claim 2, a sealing mechanism is provided at a lower part of the rolling bearing, and the sealing mechanism is provided with two oil seals in a direction in which no leakage occurs from the tank side to the rolling bearing side. In order to use such an oil seal more effectively, in the invention according to claim 3, the sealing mechanism is provided at a lower portion of the rolling bearing, in a bearing hole in which at least one rolling bearing of the rolling bearing fits. And an oil seal mounting hole in which the oil seal is provided, and a shaft hole provided at the lowermost end are formed from a housing formed of an integral body, and the shaft hole passes through the oil seal mounting hole. A small gap was formed between the shaft and the shaft.
[0011]
That is, by using an oil seal, the seal is easily deformed and easily removed, so that a bearing hole in which a rolling bearing is fitted, an oil seal mounting hole in which an oil seal is provided, and The housing having the provided shaft hole can be formed integrally. Therefore, the packing retainer and the housing (part or all of the support portion of the stirring shaft) to which the oil seal is attached are integrated. Therefore, by performing concentric processing on the bearing hole, the oil seal mounting hole, and the shaft hole, high precision concentricity can be obtained, the gap between the stirring shaft and the shaft hole can be reduced, and the labyrinth seal can be further reduced. A function can be provided to prevent foreign matter such as carbonized powder from entering the oil seal side.
[0012]
Furthermore, in the invention described in claim 4, the lower side of the two oil seals is a dust seal. That is, instead of using two oil seals, an oil seal and a dust seal are combined, and the human waste tank side is used as a dust seal to prevent carbonized powder generated in the tank from entering the oil seal side. It is more effective if used in combination with the above-mentioned labyrinth seal.
[0013]

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In each drawing, FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a human waste stirring apparatus showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged explanatory view of a support portion of a stirring shaft shown in FIG. In FIG. 1, the human waste stirring device 1 is provided with a human waste tank 3 for storing human waste and a human waste heating heater (heating means) 4 directly below the human waste tank, and rotates near the bottom of the human waste tank 3. By rotating the stirring shaft 2 having the blades 2a, the human waste in the human waste tank is turned into carbonized powder. The human waste tank 3 is provided with an upper lid 3a. The rolling bearing 7 for supporting the stirring shaft 2 has a bearing hole of a rotary bearing 10 composed of a housing 11 on which two oil seals 12 are mounted on a lower part and a shaft box 5 on which a motor 9 as a driving device is mounted on an upper part. 11a and 5a, and the lower part of the rotary bearing is fixed to the upper lid 3a with bolts 14a. In particular, the rolling bearing 7 of the rotary bearing 10 is arranged above the human waste tank.
[0015]
The stirring shaft 2 includes a stirring blade 2a at the lower end, a main shaft 2b connected to the stirring blade by bolts 16, a sliding contact portion 2c that slides on the oil seal 12, a fitting portion 2d fitted to the inner ring of the bearing 7, and a shaft end 2e. Are sequentially provided upward. A key (not shown) is provided at the shaft end of the stirring shaft 2, and is connected to an output shaft 9 a of a motor 9 fixed to a top portion of the shaft box 5 with a bolt 14 b by a joint 8 so as to be rotatable. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer race 7a of the vertical rolling bearing 7 is disposed in bearing holes 11a, 5a provided in the upper part of the housing 11 and in the middle part of the axle box 5 so as to abut on the stepped parts 11e, 5b, respectively. On the other hand, an inner race spacer 6 is provided between the inner races 7b, and a stopper attached to the outer peripheral groove 2f of the fitting portion 2d of the main shaft 2 on the upper side (opposite to the inner race spacer) 7c of the inner race of the upper rolling bearing. The upper portion 2g of the sliding portion 2c of the stirring shaft 2 is in contact with the wheel 15 and the lower side 7d of the inner ring of the lower bearing 7, so that the stirring shaft is not moved in the axial direction.
[0016]
The axle box 5 of the rotary bearing 10 and the housing 11 are fixed by bolts 14c, and the housing is formed as one body. In the housing 11, for example, a bearing hole 11a, an oil seal mounting hole 11b, and a shaft hole 11c into which the outer ring of the rolling bearing is fitted are concentrically machined downward, and a shaft hole 11c is formed instead of the conventional packing retainer. A bottom 11d is provided. The oil seal 12 having the lip portion 12a and having a gap 12c between the high-pressure side end portion 12b of the outer peripheral portion and the lip portion 12a is provided with the ammonia gas or carbonized powder from the human waste tank 3 side and the rolling bearing 7 side. A seal mechanism is provided in the oil seal mounting hole 11b in a direction in which no leakage occurs (a direction in which the gap side is downward), and a small gap is formed between the shaft hole 11c and the sliding contact portion 2c of the stirring shaft to form a labyrinth seal. ing. Although the shaft hole 11c and the sliding contact portion 2c may be cylindrical surfaces, it goes without saying that a labyrinth seal in which a labyrinth groove is appropriately provided in one or the other may be used.
[0017]
According to this configuration, the high-temperature ammonia gas and the carbonized powder generated in the human waste tank 3 are dammed by the labyrinth seals 11c and 2c and the oil seal 12 arranged in a double manner, and the position of the rolling bearing 7 is changed to the tank lid. Since it is arranged above 3a, the influence of heat is small. Therefore, it is not necessary to use expensive materials such as ceramics for the outer and inner rings and balls of the rolling bearing 7. In addition, poor rotation smoothness of the stirring blade in the sliding bearing system is also eliminated. In addition, since the oil seal housing 11 has an integral structure with a portion corresponding to the packing presser, the number of parts processing, management, and assembling steps can be reduced, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0018]
In addition, since the housing 11 is formed as an integral body, it is difficult to remove the oil seal 12, but it is possible to use the following jig. That is, FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a method of removing the oil seal 12 as the sealing member from the housing 11 according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 3, the housing 11 is removed from the tank upper lid 3a and the axle box 5, the rolling bearing 7 is removed, and the bearing hole 11a side of the housing is turned down. For example, two female screws 19b are provided on the rear push plate 19 having an outer diameter 19a smaller than the shaft hole 11c, and two blades 18 can be screwed with bolts 20. By rotating the wing 18, the tip 18 a can be extended outward from the outer diameter 19 a of the rear push plate 19, or the whole can be disposed inside the outer diameter 19 a. The rear push plate 19 is inserted through the shaft hole with the wing 18 inside, and the wing is rotationally inserted into a gap 12 c between the oil seal 12 and the upper side 12 b (also inside the bottom 11 d) as shown in the drawing of the oil seal 12, and the bolt 20 is used. After fixing, the oil seal 12 can be removed by applying a force to the rear push plate 19 as shown by the arrow, and it can be confirmed that the seal mechanism of the present invention has no problem with respect to the maintenance of the human waste stirring device. In addition, the wing 18 and the back push plate 19 may be separated, the back push plate may be set first, and the wing may be inserted later.
[0019]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged sectional view showing another embodiment of the sealing mechanism of the present invention. In the first embodiment described above, two oil seals 12 are used as packing, but in the second embodiment, the dust seal 17 is formed on the side of the oil seal 12 near the human waste tank 3. is there. Like the oil seal 12, the dust seal 17 has a lip 17a, an outer diameter end 17b, and a gap 17c between the lip and the outer diameter end. According to such a configuration, it is possible to more strongly prevent the excrement of carbonized powder into the inside of the rotary bearing portion, and it is possible to enhance the reliability of the sealing mechanism.
[0020]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 5 is a longitudinal sectional view of a human waste stirring apparatus showing a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged view of a shaft end mounting portion 2e at an upper portion of the stirring shaft 2 and an output shaft hole of an output shaft shown in FIG. FIG. The same parts as those described in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 5, in the first embodiment, a motor 9 is provided on the axle box 5, and the output shaft is connected to the stirring shaft via the joint 8. In the embodiment, a geared motor 9 ′ having an output shaft in a direction perpendicular to the motor shaft is mounted on the shaft box 5, and the shaft end of the stirring shaft 2, that is, the hollow output shaft 9 a having the output shaft hole 9 b is directly provided. The point is that the shaft end mounting portion 2e is inserted and the driving force is transmitted by the key 22. As shown in FIG. 6, a packing (sealing member) 23 such as an O-ring is further sandwiched between the stepped portion 2h of the shaft end mounting portion 2e and the end 9c of the output shaft 9a, as shown in FIG. So that grease and the like do not leak downward. In this embodiment, a hollow output shaft has been described. However, the present invention can also be applied to a blind output shaft hole. Further, it is needless to say that the present invention can be applied to the case where the motor 9 is made vertical as in the first embodiment, by forming an output shaft hole 9b in the output shaft 9a instead of the joint 8.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, the bearing of the rotation support portion of the excrement stirring device is located above the excrement tank, so that it is not necessary to use a specially-designed rolling bearing, and the manufacturing cost is reduced. Can be reduced. Further, the rotation smoothness of the agitating blade as in the case of using a sliding bearing was not deteriorated, and the reliability of the entire apparatus was improved. According to the second aspect of the present invention, since two oil seals are used, the sealing performance is improved as compared with the case where one packing is used.
[0022]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the housing to which the oil seal is attached is integrated, the cost for processing, managing, and assembling parts is reduced as compared with the case where the conventional oil seal housing and packing presser are combined and integrated. The effect is that it can reduce. Further, in the invention according to the fourth aspect, the dust seal and the oil seal are combined, so that it has stronger sealing performance against carbonized powdered human waste. Therefore, the present invention provides a human waste agitating device having a long life of the bearing and the packing, good rotational smoothness of the stirring blade, and low production cost.
Furthermore, in the invention according to claim 5, since the sealing member is interposed between the shoulder of the shaft end mounting portion of the stirring shaft and the lower end of the motor output shaft, the shaft end mounting portion of the stirring shaft is provided. This prevents the fretting prevention lubricant applied to the motor output shaft insertion part from flowing down, prevents fretting wear at the fitting part between the hollow shaft or blind hole shaft and the stirring shaft, and reduces the stirring blade. The smooth rotation state can be maintained for a long time.
