Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0065】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a traveling vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as one form of a traveling vehicle, there is one in which a vehicle body frame is interposed between a pair of left and right traveling units and an operation unit is provided on the vehicle body frame, and the traveling unit extends in a front-rear direction, Front and rear driven wheels attached to the front and rear ends of the traveling frame, a driving wheel disposed between the front and rear driven wheels and at an upper position, and a triangular side view wound around these driving wheels. And a crawler belt having a shape.
[0003]
On the inner peripheral surface of the crawler belt, a large number of bifurcated guides are protruded at intervals in the circumferential direction, and the fitting edges formed on the peripheral edge of the driven wheel are fitted to each guide. Thus, the crawler belt is rotated along the peripheral edge of the driven wheel via the guide body.
[0004]

However, the traveling vehicle described above still has the following disadvantages.
[0006]
(1) A guide body formed on the inner peripheral surface of the crawler belt is fitted with a fitting edge formed on the peripheral edge of the driven wheel, and the crawler belt rotates along the peripheral edge of the driven wheel via the guide body. At this time, if the fitting edge of the driven wheel is easily fitted to the guide body at this time, the guide body is easily detached from the fitting edge, and the trouble that the crawler belt comes off easily occurs. On the other hand, if the guide body is not easily detached from the fitting edge, there is a problem that the work of fitting the fitting edge to the guide body becomes complicated.
[0007]
(2) Since the rolling wheels are mounted directly below the traveling frame, it is necessary to dispose the traveling frame above the upper ends of the rolling wheels so that the traveling frame does not interfere with the rolling wheels. Therefore, the ground height of the vehicle body frame interposed between the pair of left and right traveling frames is inevitably increased, and there is a problem that the center of gravity of the vehicle body cannot be sufficiently lowered.
[0008]
(3) If the rolling wheel that guides the rotation operation of the crawler belt is arranged as close as possible to the driven wheel, it is difficult for the crawler belt to come off from the driven wheel, but it is still arranged sufficiently close to the driven wheel. Not.
[0009]
(4) Means for preventing crawler belt slippage have not yet been sufficiently taken.
[0010]

【The invention's effect】
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, in a traveling vehicle including a traveling portion having a crawler belt wound between a driving wheel and a driven wheel, a bifurcated guide body is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the crawler belt. A large number of protrusions are provided at intervals in the direction, and each guide body is fitted to a fitting edge formed on the peripheral edge of the driven wheel, and the bifurcated guide body has a space between both tip portions. The width of the base end is made narrow and the left and right inner surfaces are tapered. Formed narrower than the gap on the part side, and the left and right sides of the base are formed narrower than the gap of the tip of the guide body, and the left and right sides are tapered surfaces that are substantially parallel to the left and right inner surfaces of the guide body. At the same time, a substantially vertical surface is formed on the base portion, and the width of the guide body and the radial width of the fitting edge of the rear driven wheel are substantially the same width. It is formed.
[0060]
In this way, the guide body can be easily fitted to the fitting edge formed on the peripheral edge of the driven wheel, and the guide body can be made hard to come off from the fitting edge.
[0061]
That is, the bifurcated guide body is formed such that the distal end side is formed wide and the base end side is formed narrow so that the left and right inner surfaces are tapered, while the fitting edge of the driven wheel is The distal end surface is formed narrower than the base end portion of the guide body, and the base portion is formed narrower than the distal end portion of the guide body, and the left and right side surfaces are tapered surfaces substantially parallel to the inner surface of the guide body. Because of this, the guide body can be easily fitted to the fitting edge formed on the peripheral edge of the driven wheel.
[0062]
The fitting edge of the driven wheel forms a substantially vertical surface at the base, and furthermore, the projection width of the guide body and the radial width of the fitting edge of the driven wheel are formed to be substantially the same width. Therefore, even when the crawler belt rides on the convex portion of the road surface and inclines in the left-right width direction, the tapered surface at the distal end of the guide body comes into surface contact with the substantially vertical surface formed at the base of the driven wheel, thereby ensuring As a result, the guide body is less likely to come off the fitting edge.
[0063]
Accordingly, the work of attaching the crawler belt is facilitated, and the crawler belt can be reliably prevented from coming off.
[0064]
(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, the equalizer is supported in a cantilevered state on the outer side of the traveling frame extending in the front-rear direction, and the rolling wheel provided on the equalizer has an upper portion in a side view when viewed from the side. Are arranged so as to be partially polymerized.
[0065]
In this way, the equalizer is supported in a cantilever state on the outer side of the traveling frame, and the rolling wheels provided on the equalizer are arranged so that the upper part thereof partially overlaps with the traveling frame in side view. The traveling frame and the rolling wheels can be prevented from interfering with each other, and the ground clearance of the pair of left and right traveling frames can be set as low as possible. The ground clearance can be set as low as possible. As a result, the center of gravity of the vehicle body can be reduced.
[0066]
(3) According to the third aspect of the present invention, a driven wheel is attached to an end portion of the traveling frame extending in the front-rear direction, and an equalizer is swingably attached to the traveling frame in proximity to the driven wheel. A concave portion for avoiding interference is formed along the peripheral surface at the center of the peripheral surface of the provided rolling wheel, and the peripheral portion of the driven wheel is fitted into the concave portion for avoiding interference, so that the driven wheel and the rolling wheel have side surfaces. It is arranged so as to partially polymerize visually.
[0067]
In this way, the rolling wheel of the equalizer that guides the rotation operation of the crawler belt can be arranged as close as possible to the driven wheel, so that the guide function of the crawler belt by the same rolling wheel is well secured. In addition, the crawler belt can be hardly disengaged from the driven wheel.
[0068]
In addition, since the rolling wheels can be swung toward the driven wheels when the crawler belt is incorporated, the crawler belt can be easily incorporated. At this time, each driven wheel acts as a stopper for each rolling wheel, and this also facilitates the work of assembling the crawler belt.
[0069]
(4) According to the present invention, the traveling frame extends in the front-rear direction, the front and rear driven wheels attached to the front and rear ends of the traveling frame, and the front and rear driven wheels between the front and rear driven wheels. And a driving wheel disposed at an upper position, and a crawler belt wound between these driving wheels and formed into a triangular shape in a side view, wherein the traveling frame is disposed inwardly offset from the driving wheels, and The equalizer is arranged to be supported in a cantilevered state at an outer position of.
[0070]
In this way, since the traveling frame is arranged to be offset more inward than the driving wheels, the driving wheels are formed as large as possible without causing the driving wheels to interfere with the traveling frame, The driving force of the crawler belt can be increased, and the winding angle of the crawler belt can be set to a large value. As a result, the effect of preventing the crawler belt from coming off can be increased.
[0071]
Moreover, since the equalizer is supported in a cantilevered state at an outer position of the traveling frame, it is possible to prevent mud clogging between the rolling wheels provided on the equalizer.
[0072]
(5) According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the central portion of the swing support is pivotally supported on the traveling frame extending in the front-rear direction via the swing support shaft whose axis is oriented in the left-right direction. A rolling wheel is attached to each of the front and rear ends of the body to form an equalizer, and a reinforcing rib is protruded from an outer surface of a central portion of the rocking support, and the rocking support is provided near the reinforcing rib. A crawler belt slip-off prevention body is mounted via a protruding mounting seat.
[0073]
In this way, it is possible to easily and reliably attach the crawler slip prevention member to the swinging support forming a part of the equalizer while ensuring the crawler guide function by the equalizer, and to prevent the crawler crawler slippage. The effect of preventing the crawler belt from coming off due to the body can be favorably secured.
[0074]
Moreover, since the crawler belt slippage prevention body is mounted via the mounting seat protruding from the swing support body in the vicinity of the reinforcing rib for reinforcing the swing support body, the mounting strength of the crawler belt slippage prevention body is also good. Can be secured.
