Description
【0001】

[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, an unmanned transport vehicle unloading control device according to claim 1 is configured to unload a load from a predetermined loading position to the unmanned transport vehicle by a loading and unloading device mounted on the unmanned transport vehicle. The unloading control device of the automatic guided vehicle that controls the work and interrupts the unloading operation when an unloading abnormality in which there is no baggage in the loading position normally by the unloading sensor is continued. Restart command means for giving a restart command to the loading control device is provided, and after the loading control device interrupts the loading operation, the unloading operation of the automatic guided vehicle is normally performed at the loading position. The present invention employs a technical means characterized by being moved to an evacuation position which does not hinder and waiting.
[0016]
According to this, after the loading operation is interrupted, the automatic guided vehicle moves to the evacuation position where it does not hinder the loading operation that normally places the load at the loading position and waits. Instead, for example, it is possible to easily carry the load to the loading position or to correct the position of the load using a manned carrier.
[0017]
In addition, the unloading control device for an automatic guided vehicle according to claim 2 controls a loading operation for unloading a load from the predetermined loading position to the automatic guided vehicle by a loading and unloading device mounted on the automatic guided vehicle. In an automatic guided vehicle pick-up control device that interrupts the unloading operation when an unloading abnormality in which there is no baggage normally at the loading position is detected by the unloading sensor, the restart command for continuing the interrupted unloading operation is issued by the restart command. A restart command means provided to the loading control device is provided, and after the loading control device interrupts the loading operation, the unloading position which does not hinder the loading operation of normally placing the unmanned guided vehicle at the loading position. When the restart command is given from the restart command unit during the standby, the automatic guided vehicle is returned from the evacuation position to the position where the loading operation is interrupted, and the operation is subsequently interrupted. To continue the unloading operation. Adopt the technical means that the butterflies.
[0018]
According to this, after the loading operation is interrupted, the automatic guided vehicle moves to the evacuation position which does not hinder the loading operation for normally placing the load at the loading position and waits, so that the automatic guided vehicle is hindered by the automatic guided vehicle For example, it is possible to easily carry in the baggage to the loading position by using a manned carrier, or to correct the position of the baggage. Is returned from the evacuation position to the position where the loading operation was interrupted, and the loading operation is continued, so that the loading operation is automatically interrupted by a simple and instantaneous operation such as pressing the restart button. Work can be continued.
[0019]
By the way, in the present invention, the automatic guided vehicle may be an automatic guided vehicle that is self-propelled and operated according to a control program stored in advance in a storage unit, and that the storage unit is mounted on the automatic guided vehicle; The storage means is provided in a base station fixed geographically, and a control program and a signal for executing the control program are communicated between the base station and the mobile station provided in the automatic guided vehicle by wire or wireless communication. Things.
[0020]
The cargo handling device provided in the automatic guided vehicle must have at least a predetermined loading position, for example, a function of picking up a load from a transfer table provided on a loading stage, that is, a lifting function. It is not necessary to have a reach function to move the loaded luggage horizontally with respect to the vehicle body or a tilt function to tilt the loaded luggage.
[0021]
However, this does not mean to exclude a cargo handling device having a reach function and a tilt function in addition to the lift function.
[0022]
The specific cargo handling device in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is provided in a cargo handling device including, for example, a finger type or platform type fork provided in an unmanned forklift and a lift device for lifting and lowering the fork with respect to the vehicle body, provided in a stacker crane. A well-known cargo handling device generally provided in a manned or unmanned transport vehicle may be used, such as a cargo handling device including a slide fork to be lifted, a lift device for lifting and lowering the slide fork, and a slide device for sliding the slide fork.
[0023]
The load sensor according to the present invention determines whether or not a load to be unloaded is normally placed at a predetermined loading position when the automatic guided vehicle advances to a loading position to pick up the load at the loading position. There is no particular limitation as long as it is configured to be able to detect, and for example, it can be configured with two or more microswitches, proximity switches, pressure sensors, reflection type photosensors, and the like mounted on the automatic guided vehicle.
[0024]
In this way, when an unmanned carrier is equipped with an in-vehicle presence sensor, there is no need to change the configuration of the conventional AGV except for a part of the control program of the AGV. It is possible to manufacture a new car without increasing the number of cars, and it is also possible to remodel an existing car very easily and at a low cost.
[0025]
Also, the presence sensor is not mounted on the automatic guided vehicle, but is fixed geographically at the loading position. For example, the detection result is transmitted to the automatic guided vehicle by wireless communication such as light or radio waves. According to this, when the automatic guided vehicle stops at the loading origin before moving to the loading position, the baggage is not normally placed at the loading position, that is, the abnormal loading detection It is also possible to make the automatic guided vehicle stand by at the origin position, and to start the loading operation after confirming that the load is normally placed at the loading position.
[0026]
In addition, as the presence sensor that is provided geographically fixed at the loading position, two or more microswitches, proximity switches, pressure sensors, reflection-type photosensors, interrupter-type photosensors, and the like can be used.
[0027]
By the way, the restart command means only needs to be configured so as to be able to give a restart command composed of, for example, a one-shot pulse signal to the unloading control device. May be connected by wire, or may be connected via wireless communication means, and the restart command means may be provided in the automatic guided vehicle or may be provided remotely from the automatic guided vehicle. Good.
[0028]
When the presence sensor is provided at the loading position, the presence sensor is also used as a restart command means, and when the presence sensor detects a package placed at a normal position, the presence sensor is used. From the wired or wireless restart command to the unloading control device, the unloading abnormality is resolved and at the same time, the automatic guided vehicle is started from the evacuation position to the position where the unloading operation was interrupted Is also good.
[0029]
By the way, the retreat position of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it does not hinder the loading operation of the automatic guided vehicle to place the luggage in the normal loading position, but the retreat position starts the loading control. It is advantageous if the unloading vehicle is sometimes set at the loading origin where the automatic guided vehicle is located, since a control program for controlling the loading operation can be simplified.
[0030]

Thus, the suspended loading operation can be automatically continued only by performing the one-touch operation of pressing the restart command means 18 without performing the re-startup process.
[0049]
In this embodiment, a transport abandonment command means for giving a transport abandonment command to the loading control unit 11 is provided, and after detecting the abnormal presence of the load, the automatic guided vehicle is returned to the loading origin, and is replaced with a restart instruction. A transfer abandonment command may be given to the loading control unit 11 so that the continuation of the loading operation is abandoned and the automatic guided vehicle is returned to the home position.
[0050]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the automatic guided vehicle is automatically loaded after the unloading operation is interrupted after the state where the load is not normally placed at the loading position is detected. It is possible to obtain the function of moving to the evacuation position which does not hinder the placing operation, and this operation is released from the troublesome work of the manager managing the automatic guided vehicle to move the automatic guided vehicle to the evacuation position by manual control. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the abnormal state of unloading in a short time easily without being hindered by the automatic guided vehicle. The effect that the luggage can be rearranged can be obtained.
[0051]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, after the state where the baggage is not normally placed at the loading position is detected and the loading operation is interrupted, the automatic guided vehicle automatically interrupts the loading operation. The operation of moving the automatic guided vehicle to the evacuation position by manual control by an administrator managing the automatic guided vehicle is released by this operation. Elimination of unusual cargo status in a short time without being hindered by the car, that is, when the luggage is not placed in the correct position before loading, it is easy to put the luggage in the correct position Can be obtained. In addition, if a restart command is received during standby, the automatic guided vehicle is returned from the evacuation position to the position where the unloading operation is interrupted, and the interrupted unloading operation is continued. Without interrupting the control program of the picking-up operation, it is possible to obtain an effect that the interrupted picking-up operation can be continued automatically by a simple one-touch operation such as a push-button operation. It is not necessary to perform the re-startup process of the loading control device in order to continue the unloading operation, and it is possible to obtain the effect that the interrupted unloading operation can be continued very easily in a short time. .
