Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an electronic / electric device such as a washing machine or a projector (projector), which is mounted on a floor or a desk when the device is tilted. The present invention relates to a device adjusting leg used for adjusting the height and height. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a method often used for adjusting the height of a washing machine, an office chair, and the like includes a method of adjusting a height by turning a bolt and tightening a nut, and a method of pulling a lever. An up-and-down mechanism using a gas spring, which can naturally raise the seat surface and fix it at a desired height, can be raised. However, the former has a disadvantage in that the height adjustment is troublesome, and the latter is expensive. The applicant of the present application has filed Japanese Patent Application No. 9-247568 in order to solve the above problems. This application includes a lever formed to be rotatable up and down in a case into which a leg is inserted, and an engaging portion having a shaft support hole of the lever is vertically extended in a cylindrical shape, and the shaft support hole is provided in the shaft support hole. By forming a plurality of uneven parts to lock the uneven part of the sliding shaft part of the leg,
The lever is locked or released by the rotation operation. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0004]
No. 568 was a simple operation of raising and lowering the lever up and down, the release stroke was short, and the lock could be unlocked. Some people wanted an adjustable foot for equipment that could be locked or unlocked by turning it horizontally. [0005] The applicant of the present invention has disclosed Japanese Patent Application No. 9-23691.
No. 5 has been filed. In this application, a lock piece is provided which is guided in a cam groove by rotating a lever horizontally, and is reduced in diameter and enlarged. However, in this application, the lock piece is composed of two pieces and is guided by the cam groove at the time of locking to reduce the diameter, so that the bolt cannot be turned with the longest and shortest strokes (the uneven portion of the bolt and its unevenness). The concave and convex portions of the lock piece meshing with the portions do not escape because they engage with each other), and there is a possibility that the lock pieces are turned excessively and damaged. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in order to meet the above-mentioned demands, and is provided by performing a horizontal rotation operation.
An object of the present invention is to provide an adjustment leg for an apparatus that can be locked or unlocked and that can idle a bolt with the longest and shortest strokes. [0007] The present invention employs the following configuration to achieve the object. That is, the device adjusting leg of the present invention is provided at the lower portion of the device outer frame, has a ground portion formed below, and has an uneven portion such as a screw formed on the outer periphery above, and an uneven portion such as a screw of the leg. Further, the mounting case 4 is provided with a plurality of grooves so that the case body 23 is easily bent. Is provided so that the lock piece 5 can be easily stored in the mounting case 4. The lock piece 5 is provided with an engaging portion 37 having a substantially square cylindrical shape and a plurality of uneven portions 38 formed at a central portion, a pair of rotary shafts 27, 27 provided on both sides, and an upwardly directed front portion at the bottom. A spring seat 9 protrudes. The engaging portion 37 includes an uneven portion 38.
Are formed on a diagonal line in a plurality of steps, and the rotation is performed around the rotation shaft 27 so that the uneven portion 38 is formed on the uneven portion 1 of the leg 10.
8 is formed so as to be engaged with or disengaged therefrom. In addition, a projection 40 is formed on the bottom portion so as to be engaged with a cam groove 39 of the operation lever 6 to be described later (see FIG. 6). The operating lever 6 has a knob 41 provided at the front and a plug 42 inserted into the mounting case 4 provided at the rear.
A shaft support hole 15 is formed at the rear of the insertion portion 42, and a cam groove 39 with which the projection 40 of the lock piece 5 engages is formed at the front. The cam groove 39 is a substantially isosceles triangle, with the long side 45 facing the outside of the case 4 and the vertex 46 facing the long side 45 formed near the axis (insertion hole 15). That is, the left and right two points 47 and 48 other than the vertex 46 of the cam groove 39 are formed so as to be away from the axis. Next, how to use the device adjusting leg according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. When mounting the device adjusting leg 1 of the present invention to a device, first, the lock piece 5 is fitted to the rotation shaft 26 and the second guide groove 34 such that the rotation shaft 26 fits into the bearing hole 28 of the mounting hole case 4. The operation lever 6 is pushed into the mounting case 4 from the notch 32 while the lock piece 5 is rotated so that the projections are lifted forward by pushing the operating lever 6 into the mounting case 4 by aligning the position and pushing it into the mounting case 4 through the opening 11. . After the pushing is completed along the first guide groove (not shown), the lock piece 5 is rotated to return to the original state, and the projection 40 of the lock piece 5 is
9 is engaged. Then, the compression spring 7 is inserted into the mounting case 4 from the window of the closing portion 11, and the compression spring 7 is mounted between the spring seat 8 of the mounting case 4 and the spring seat 9 of the lock piece 5. Thereafter, the sliding shaft portion 17 of the leg 10 is vertically movable in each of the shaft support holes 12, 13, 14, and 15 provided concentrically with the mounting case 4, the lock piece 5, and the lock lever 6. Then, an E-ring is attached to the front end groove 20 for retaining. Then, the mounting case 4 is mounted on the mounting concave portion 3 of the device 2 from below, and the cylindrical portion 22 is pushed into the mounting hole 21 so that the snap-fit portions 30, 30, 3
0, 30 and square holes 29, 29, 29, 29 are engaged,
The operation lever 6 and the temporarily fixed leg 10 are fixed to the device 2,
The installation of the device adjusting leg 1 is completed. The means for attaching to the device 2 is not limited to the snap-fit portion 30, but may be any suitable means such as screwing. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the lock piece 5 engages the uneven portion 38 of the engaging portion 37 with the uneven portion 18 of the sliding shaft portion 17 of the leg 10 by the repulsive force of the compression spring 7. Therefore, the two concave and convex portions 38 and 18 are engaged and locked. Subsequently, in order to adjust the height of the device adjusting leg, as shown in FIG. 3, when the operation lever 6 is rotated with a hand (finger), the cam groove 39 rotates with the rotation of the operation lever 6. Therefore, the protrusion 40 of the lock piece 5 moves from the vertex 46 of the cam groove 39 toward the left and right two points 47 and 48 (that is, moves in a direction away from the axis). On the contrary, the lock piece 5 rotates to disengage the uneven portion 38 from the uneven portion 18 of the leg 10, and the lock is released as shown in FIG. After the height is adjusted, when the hand (finger) is released from the operation lever 6, the lock piece 5 is rotated by the repulsive force of the compression spring 7, and the lock portion 5 is rotated by the resilient force of the engaging portion 37 and the leg 10 of the leg 10. The concave / convex portions 18 are engaged (restored) and locked again as shown in FIG. 3, and the operation lever 6 returns to the initial locked position by the action of the cam groove 39. This operation lever 6
Since the force of the compression spring 7 for pressing the lock piece 5 is commonly used as the force for returning the lock lever 5, it is not necessary to increase the number of components to return the operation lever 6. If further fine adjustment is necessary, the adjustment is performed by turning the leg 10. Lock piece 5 is cam groove 3
Since the lock piece is locked or released by rotating by the action of the spring 7 pressing the lock piece 9 and the lock piece 5, unlike the lock piece of the related art which is made up of two pieces and is locked by reducing the diameter, the longest lock piece is used. The leg (bolt) 10 can be turned in the shortest stroke (leg (bolt) 10
The lock piece 5 can rotate in a direction (toward the long side 45) in which the engagement between the concave and convex portion 18 of the lock piece 5 and the concave and convex portion 38 of the lock piece 5 escapes. Therefore, leg 10
It will not be damaged by turning too much. When changing the height of the adjustment leg 1 by changing the location of the device, the operation lever 5 is operated in the same manner as the above-described operation.
Is rotated horizontally to release the lock, and the height is adjusted again. Then, the hand (finger) is released from the operation lever 6 and the operation lever 6 is released.
Then, return to the original position and lock. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the cam groove 39 is provided.
Has a substantially isosceles triangular shape consisting of a vertex 46 near the axis and two points on the left and right away from the axis, so that the lock can be released by rotating the operation lever 6 to the left or right. The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, in the above embodiment, the cam groove 39 is provided on the operation lever 6 and the projection 40 for sliding the cam groove 39 is provided on the lock piece 5. Conversely, the lock piece 5 may be provided with a cam groove, and the operation lever 6 may be provided with a projection for sliding the cam groove. Further, in the above-described embodiment, the snap-fit method is used as the means for attaching to the device, but a screw may be used instead of the snap-fit method. In the above embodiment, an E-ring is attached to the tip groove 20 of the sliding shaft 17 of the leg 10 as a means for preventing the sliding shaft from coming off to the device. Instead of the means for attaching the shaft, a combination of a screw and a washer, a shaft with a pin inserted, or a large diameter tip of the shaft may be used. Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following effects can be obtained. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the lock piece can be rotated and locked or unlocked by being guided by the cam groove only by turning the operation lever horizontally. Further, since the lock piece is locked by rotating by the action of the cam groove and the spring pressing the lock piece, unlike the lock piece of the prior art which consists of two pieces and is locked by reducing the diameter, the lock piece is different from that of the related art. In addition, the bolt can be turned with the longest and shortest strokes, and the bolt is not turned excessively and is not damaged.
