Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.無線通信システム内で使用される加入者ユニット又は他の送信器であって、 前記加入者ユニットは、 情報データの複数の情報源と、 前記情報データをエンコードするエンコーダと、 複数の制御データ源と、及び 搬送波信号上の送信について各々異なる変調コードを有する、1又は複数の制 御源からの制御データ及びエンコードされた情報データを変調する変調器とを具 備し、 前記変調器は1つの情報源からのエンコードされた情報データと、送信出力さ れる前のエンコードされた制御データとを結合するよう構成されることを特徴と する加入者ユニット。 2.前記制御データは電力制御データ及びパイロットデータを具備することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の加入者ユニット。 3.前記変調器は電力制御データを変調コードにより変調するることを特徴とす る請求項2記載の加入者ユニット。 4.前記変調コードはWalshコードであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3記載の 加入者ユニット。 5.第1の情報源からの情報データの変調に用いられる前記Walshコードは、第 2の情報源からの情報データの変調に用いるWalshコードより長いことを特徴と する請求項4記載の加入者ユニット。 6.エンコードされた制御データの変調に用いられる前記Walshコードは、前記 第2の情報源からの情報データの変調に用いるWalshコードより長いことを特徴 とする請求項5記載の加入者ユニット。 7.前記エンコードされた制御データの変調に用いる前記Walshコードは8チッ プを具備し、前記第1の情報源からの情報データの変調に用いる前記Walshコー ドは4チップを具備し、前記第2の情報源からの情報データの変調に用いる前記 Walshコードは2チップを具備することを特徴とする請求項6記載の加入者ユニ ット。 8.前記変調器からの変調されたデータを互いに結合し、更に搬送波信号上の送 信用の伸長コードとを結合する結合器を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項1 〜7記載の加入者ユニット。 9.伸長され結合され変調されたデータを搬送する搬送波信号を送信する送信回 路を更に具備することを特徴とする請求項8記載の加入者ユニット。 10.前記エンコーダは低コードレートエラー訂正及び前記情報データに対する シーケンス反復を行うよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜9記載の加入 者ユニット。 11.無線通信システムで用いられる基地局又は他の受信器であって、前記基地 局は、 搬送波信号を受信し該信号から、各々異なろ変調コードにより変調され、複数 の情報源からのエンコードされた制御データ及び複数の制御源からの情報データ を抽出する受信器と、 エンコードされた情報データ及び制御データを、それら各々異なる変調コード がら復調する復調器、及び エンコードされた情報及び制御データをデコードするデコーダを具備し、 前記受信器で抽出される1又は複数の前記制御データは各々異なる変調コード により変調されており、1つの前記情報源からの前記エンコードされた情報デー タは、前記エンコードされた制御データと結合されていることを特徴とする基地 局。 12.制御データ、基礎データ、及び追加データを加入者ユニットのセットの中 の第1加入者ユニットから、前記加入者ユニットのセットと通信を行う基地局に 送信する方法であって、 a)前記追加データを第1のWalshコードを用いて変調し、 b)前記基礎データを第2のWalshコードを用いて変調し、 c)前記制御データを第3のWalshコードを用いて変調し、 前記第1のWalshコードは前記第2のWalshコードより短く、前記第2のWalsh コードは前記第3のWalshコードより短いことを特徴とする方法。 15.無線通信システム内で用いられる、加入者ユニットからデータを送信する 方法であって、 複数の情報源から情報データを獲得し、 該情報データをエンコードし、 複数の制御源から制御データを獲得し、 該エンコードされた情報データ及び前記制御データを、搬送波信号上の送信を 目的として、各々異なる変調コードにより変調し、 1情報源がらの前記エンコードされた情報データは、送信出力される前に、前 記エンコードされたコードデータと結合されることを特徴とする方法。
