Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガラス繊維を含有する平板状で高剛性な気泡構造のポリイソシアヌレート またはポリウレタンフォームコアー; 前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォームコアーの第一の面上 に存在するインテリアフェーサー;および 前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォームコアーの第二の面上 に存在する金属スキンを含む注入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 2.金属スキンと、ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォームコアーと の間に、両者の接着を向上させるためのプライマー層をさらに含む請求項1記 載の注入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 3.注入サンドイッチ構造パネルが、ガラス繊維を含有していない点を除いては 同様である注入サンドイッチ構造パネルに比較して、クロスボウの増加なしに 少なくとも1つの改善された燃焼特性を有している請求項1記載の注入サンド イッチ構造パネル。 4.プライマー層がポリ尿素、ポリエポキシド、ポリアクリルおよびポリウレタ ンからなる群から選択される材料からなる請求項2記載の注入サンドイッチ構 造パネル。 5.平板状で高剛性な気泡構造のポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォ ームコアーの厚さが約0.5乃至約8インチの範囲であり; インテリアフェーサーの厚さが約0.9乃至約18ミルの範囲であり;かつ 金属スキンの厚さが約20乃至約28ゲージの範囲である請求項1記載の注 入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 6.インテリアフェーサーが金属であり、かつ約18乃至約15ミルの厚さを有 している請求項1記載の注入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 7.インテリアフェーサーが不燃性であり、かつアスベスト、ガラス繊維、ポリ エステル、ビニル、ポリプロピレン、エラストマー、金属、金属被覆重合体シ ート、難燃紙、金属箔、セルロースラミナおよびこれらの複合物からなる群か ら選択される請求項1記載の注入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 8.インテリアフェーサーが金属スキンより薄く、かつ金属スキンより可撓性で ある請求項1記載の注入サンドイッチ構造パネル。 9.ガラス繊維を含有し、約0.5乃至約8インチの厚さを有する平板状で高 剛性な気泡構造のポリイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォームコアー; 約0.9乃至約18ミルの厚さを有し、前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポ リウレタンフォームコアーの第一の面上に存在するインテリアフェーサー;お よび 約20乃至約28ゲージの厚さを有し、前記ポリイソシアヌレートまたはポ リウレタンフォームコアーの第二の面上に存在する金属スキンを含む注入サン ドイッチ構造パネル。 10.プライマー層が、ポリ尿素、ポリエポキシド、ポリアクリルおよびポリウ レタンからなる群から選択される材料からなる請求項9記載の注入サンドイッ チ構造パネル。 11.注入サンドイッチ構造パネルの製造方法であって、 金属スキンを用意する工程; 該金属スキンに近接させて、かつ該金属スキンと平行にインテリアフェーサ ーを配置する工程; 該金属スキンとインテリアフェーサーとを、両者の間にある高剛性で気泡構 造のポリイソシアヌレートフォーム形成混合物またはポリウレタンフォーム形 成混合物と接触させる工程;および 該イソシアヌレートフォーム形成混合物またはポリウレタンフォーム形成混 合物中にガラス繊維を配する工程を有する製造方法。 12.約0.5乃至約8インチの厚さを有する平板状で高剛性な気泡構造のポ リイソシアヌレートまたはポリウレタンフォームコアーを形成する工程; 約0.9乃至約18ミルの厚さを有するインテリアフェーサーを用意する工 程;および 約20乃至約28ゲージの厚さを有する金属スキンを用意する工程をさらに 有する請求項11記載の方法。 13.金属スキンとフォーム形成混合物との間に、ポリ尿素、ポリエポキシド、 ポリアクリルおよびポリウレタンからなる群から選択される材料からなるプラ イマー層を設ける工程をさらに有する請求項11記載の方法。
