Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1のクラッチ(K1)が解除する一方で、第2のクラッチ(K2)が 係合することによって、オーバーラップ切換として切換が行われ、そのオーバー ラップ切換が3つの段階から成り、その第1段階中に第1のクラッチ(K1)の 圧力経過を介して、変速機入力回転数(nT)の経過が決定され、第2段階中に 第2のクラッチ(K2)が第1のクラッチ(K1)から負荷を受け取り、第3段 階中に第2のクラッチ(K2)が完全に係合される、ように構成された自動変速 機における自発性の向上方法において、 中断基準が検出されたときに、第1の変速比(i1)から第2の変速比(i2 )へのシフトアップが完全に完了されず、第1の変速比(i1)に戻され、その 中断基準は、運転者によって予め与えられたシフトダウン要求が、オーバーラッ プ切換の第3段階が始まる前に検出されたときに設定される、ことを特徴とする 自動変速機の自発性の向上方法。 2. オーバーラップ切換の第2段階中に、この第2段階の始めに活動された 時間段(tF2)がまだ限界値(GW)を超過していない(tF2<GW)とき にしか、中断基準が設定されない、ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方 法。 3. オーバーラップ切換の第2段階中に、変速機入力回転数実際値(nT( t))が第1の変速比(i1)のシンクロ回転数(nT(i1))をまだ下まわっ て(nT<nT(i1))いないときにしか、中断基準が設定されない、ことを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4. オーバーラップ切換の第2段階中に、第2のクラッチ(K2)の圧力レ ベルが限界値(GW)をまだ超過していない(pK2<GW)ときにしか、中断 基準が設定されない、ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5. 中断基準が満足された際、第1のクラッチ(K1)の圧力レベルが、実 際圧力レベルからランプ関数を介して高められ、同時に第2のクラッチ(K2) の圧力レベルがランプ関数を介して、実際圧力レベルから零に低下させられるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか1つに記載の方法。 6. 切換中に、推進運転から牽引運転にあるいはその逆に切り換えられる際 、中断基準が、時間段の終了後にはじめて設定される、ことを特徴とする請求の 範囲第5項記載の方法。
