Description of the Related Art Conventionally, foreign substances such as paper dust and ink adhered to a blanket cylinder of a printing press have been wiped with a towel to wipe off the surface of the blanket cylinder. According to this, the cost of towels is necessary, and especially in the case of a tower press, it takes heavy labor to change towels,
In addition, the used towels are disadvantageous in that they dispose of the waste as industrial waste, which burdens disposal, and that the fine irregularities on the surface of the blanket cylinder cannot be scraped off.
